Sales are great, sales associates — not so much. With the amount of associates behind the cash wrap, I should’ve been in and out in less than 10 minutes. A bit more attentiveness would be effective.

Sales, sales, sales! This place always has sells and literally emails out coupons daily which is great, because I love saving money. When I came in here today, they were having a sale on their sweaters and pants… buy one get one ½ off. I love their selection of clothes and sizes. They always have petite sizes which is great for a short girl like me. I get 95% of my work clothes here and I’m always impressed with the quality and selection. The workers are friendly and always willing to run to the back to check to see if they have sizes that aren’t set out. This is one of my favorite clothing stores and this location always has a good selection of clothing.

This is pretty much the only place I buy clothes. I park in the Sears lot next to Lord and Taylor, that’s the closest entrance to the store at fair oaks mall.
This isn’t the largest location, but it’s an open floor plan so you can see everything. I always feel lost in the Tysons location, the clothes on the mannequin aren’t always next to the mannequin at that store. Small and x small are always hard to come buy! But this store tends to have the better stock.

By far my favorite NY&Co in the area. Every time I visit this location they always have the sizes I need in stock. There are always people on the sales floor to help when I have questions on certain items. This store is very spacious, dressing rooms are neat and clean and the employees are always polite and helpful.

Hands down the best place for service, value for your dollar in an organized store. I shopped there yesterday and had a wonderful shopping experience. I’m not sure who was working at the register but whoever she was she will .
I’ve shopped at the other New York & Co stores nearby and the music is too loud… the attention to customer is a bit bland and the lines are very long.
The clothing in this place is so much better than the Limited and others stores that have similar styles/​colors.

Great store, but it always smells like pizza.
They always get you with their «come back» specials. Sometimes, they don’t have the item in your size, but they will order it for you with free shipping.
Service is hit or miss. Sometimes, you get a great salesperson. Sometimes, they are grumpy and it’s the end of the day.

I like NY & CO but more so because this place is always well stocked. For those who have eaten a bit more and haven’t worked out as much and are starting to gain they have enough sizes to where you can keep the old size as motivation, get a size bigger and still look fab. The worst thing about this store is that you always end up buying that ONE extra item that isn’t less than $ 10 in order to get the sale. While it’s great to get more things, it truly sucks to not feel like you came out a winner. But 3 out of 4 times your a winner so you have to cheer at some point…

I frequent this store quite regularly as NY and Co is my go to place for clothing. They have great styles which fit sizes 2 – 18, so a nice wide range, and they ALWAYS have coupons. I refuse to pay more than 50% of tag price for pretty much anything in this store.
One thing that I cannot stand about this company is that if you coupon says $ 25.00 off $ 50.00 and your total before tax comes to $ 49.99 you have to buy something else. Of course they don’t sell anything for $ 0.01, so you have to buy some crappy lip gloss for $ 5.00 or mints for $ 2.75. I really can’t stand this, but it is what it is I suppose. I would much rather them partner with a non profit and let you donate money instead of buy crap you’re not going to use.
This particular location is great. I find them to have the best selection in the area, even though the Tysons Corner store is bigger they often don’t have the same stuff as this store. Customer Service is kind of a toss up. Sometimes there are only teenage employees who are not very knowledgeable, but are still nice and try to be helpful. Sometimes there are great associates who are knowledgeable and will call various stores to try and find what you’re looking for. Even though you’re only supposed to use 1 coupon often times the kind ladies behind the counters will let me split up my transaction so I can use more than one coupon.
4 stars for selection and customer service.
