Very clean, Friendly, respectful, courteous and fast service, we’re neighbors can come to talk after church and be treated well and professionally they open very early and are very well-​dressed and keep the place very clean

This says «McDonald’s» on the Capital One bank building (if you look closely) but I find it hard to believe it is a real McDonald’s. It must be an experiment someone tried and failed.
The owners need to make the investment to get a full size facility, a drive through, bigger bathrooms, and offer a full menu.
I give it one star because I have to to make this review… but I won’t return.

Would give 0 stars. Went here at around 9 p.m. They didn’t want to refill the ice cream machine since they would end up wasting stuff and the guy said it was the manager’s decision to not sell shakes, sundaes, etc. While I was there for 10 minutes there were 2 others who got turned away.
The bathroom was FILTHY. TP on the floor, no soap in the dispenser, a fly buzzing around to top it off. The interior is dinky. Next time i will drive to the one on gallows rd or maple ave if i need to go.

Stopped in around 2pm for ice cream for my kids. They needed to use the restroom but there was a line for the ladies room. A manager was sitting nearby intensely watching a video on his phone. He appeared to be on break but it’s not something I would expect to see someone in management resting his head on his hands watching some tv show or video. While I was waiting for the men’s room, a McDonald’s employee walks out to only walk into a smell and mess expected at a run down gas station. It was obvious the employee didn’t flush the toilet nor washed his hands as we didn’t hear the air dryer run while waiting right outside the door.
Took my girls across the plaza so they could use a sanitary rest room and buy a box of ice cream cones. How would anyone be able to eat there after that experience?

Like most kids, my 4 year old loves McDonald’s so we go about twice a month and that makes him the happiest kid and me a pleased mommy. But that wasn’t the case with this McDonald’s visit. As a start, the place was dirty, dirty floors and tables, I had to wipe the table we sat on. I ordered a kids meal and a fish filet. First, not all choices for kids snacks were available, which is ok if it just stopped there but it didn’t. The fries were not crispy, cold and had no salt at all, so basically not edible. When I opened my sandwich, the ½ piece of cheese was on the outside of the sandwich, dirty with a hair stuck on it. As if it fell on the floor then been put back on. I showed it to the lady at the cashier, she called the manager or supervisor, he took it and brought me another one later with a simple «sorry for that». Needless to say that at that point I completely lost my appetite. But since my boy drank his milk and ate all his nuggets, he got to get a treat «an ice cream cone». The same supervisor filled the cone with an attempt to swirl the ice cream, but instead we got it lopsided and the ice cream fell off after few seconds which left me dealing for another half an hour with a very unhappy little boy. Well, all in all it was the worst McDonald’s trip we ever had and will definitely not be going to this location again.

This McDonald’s location is a bit small compared to most locations I’ve been to. The menu does not offer all items that you would find at other McDonald’s. However, there is adequate seating both inside and outside of the restaurant. There is also free wi-​fi inside, but it’s very spotty when sitting outside.
I’ve been to this location many times over the past 2 years because it is so close and quick to grab a bite to eat. The service is very slow late at night compared to the day time. At most times, only one register will be open, causing a line to form up while people in front are still deciding what they want. The waiting area for food is a bit awkward as people sit on the windows near the registers or wait directly in front of the register. This causes a brief confusion among other customers walking in thinking that there is a line.
Like most McDonald’s, I’ll usually get the Big Mac meal since that is their main burger, and I figure it would be quick and simple to make. And just like other locations, it can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to cook the burger and/​or fries. The order often goes through fairly quick during the day.
Every now and then I’ll find that the sauces have ran out, or they’ll get my order wrong. It’s no surprise as it happens at just about any McDonald’s location.

McCrooks, check your bag before leaving the store. They forgot? to fill the bag with the correct number of sandwiches.

Worst McDonald’s ever. I have eaten there at least 30 times in 10 years, because their location is so convenient to where I live, but it hasn’t gotten better. They mess up your order a good… 25% of the time. Breakfast, lunch, whenever, its like the management or employees don’t care.
Also one of the few McDonald’s (other one is the one on Cedar and Park) where I still sometimes end up with a bone dry, messed up fish fillet sandwich (in most McDonald’s its consistently hot these days, because they figured out how to make them quicker).
The way they fill the soda machine ice chamber climbing up on counters (I’ve seen it several times), looks really… dirty.
Far better one is the one on Gallows road, just north of Arlington Blvd, which is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in terms of consistency of food.

I don’t understand the onslaught of negative reviews, but maybe things are different at different times of day. I went Sunday evening and my order was given to me fast and correctly. It wasn’t as hot as I would’ve liked, but my house was 10 minutes away.
The location is small, but there seems to be a full menu, so who cares? I also find it ridiculous that people would deduct stars because there’s no drive thru. You pulled up to the location and decided to walk in; drive on and find another McDonalds if you don’t want to get out of your car!
Overall, not impressive but certainly not bad. Really great McDonalds are a rare breed, and this may not be one of them, but it doesn’t mean it needs to be avoided.

I try not have a knee-​jerk reaction when a restaurant is bad, but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. It’s small with no drive-​through, but I won’t hold that against them. What’s bad about it is the service, I’ve been there 3 times and each time it takes forever to get my food whether it’s been busy or not. The employees act as if they are in no rush and they have no chemistry with each other. 2 of the 3 times I was there I heard loud arguing/​yelling from the kitchen. Save yourself the time and head to the bigger McDonald’s up the street.

Waited in line to order ice cream. After several people are served and getting to the front, I’m told by Indra that they ran out. When I asked why they didn’t simply put a sign up that says they’re out so that people don’t waste their time, she says that it’s not her responsibility. Thanks so much for wasting our time.
I understand that this isn’t The Palm, but don’t waste people’s time like that — that’s just rude.

Not a good McDonald’s. It’s slow and doesn’t have a drive through. The workers don’t always honor McDonald’s promotions (last year there was free coffee for customers on Father’s Day or some other holiday, other McDonald’s would give it out, but this one wouldn’t give it to us).
I’ve been here three times. They’ve gotten some part of our orders wrong two of the three times. Service is very slow and sub-​par, but I guess the food was alright. Usually busy during weekday lunch hour.

fast food means i get my food fast.
there’s been a few times i’ve changed my order to something I believe they can fix up faster bc i notice how backed up they are.
maybe i’m impatient. but if i’m at a fast food chain i expect my food to come out fast.
so lame. hire more workers.
