I was in the city on business and needed dry cleaning service in a hurry. The owner Mr. John Gray offered great customer service and understood my need for rush cleaning. He saw to it that the cleaning was done and done well. I recommend Martinizing Cleaners to anyone especially on business in the Fairfax area. We sent dry cleaning out to your franchise in Fairfax, Virginia through our apartment complex, The Asher, in Alexandria, Virginia. About 2 – 3 weeks passed and we had not received our laundry back. We called your location and left over five messages over the course of three weeks and still have not heard back. We have over $ 500 worth of clothing in that dry cleaning order and would really like our clothes back. At the very least we need to have our clothes reimbursed. We have been very frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer service through this experience.

they are priced less than the other non — dollar cleaners, but do 10x better work. they replaced my buttons free of charge, called to ask if we wanted my pants tailored since it had a rip I didn’t know about, and made sure everything was on time. they are really nice people
