Just In Time Medical Services

I cannot say enough kind things about Ike and Just In Time medical services! We came into Fairfax from Texas moving our son to college there. I was a few weeks out from breaking my foot– many logistics to work out with travel & getting around efficiently on our trip. With a plane delay, Ike waited for me at the shop so we could pick up my scooter & be able to get around from day one of our busy trip. He went above & beyond to help me and I will be forever grateful! It’s always refreshing and reaffirming to meet good people in the world! Ike is one of them! Many thanks!

The person who answers the phones is really nice and accommodating. I needed to buy a breast pump for my baby and she answered all my questions, walked me through everything I needed to do and even checked with her manager on something I had a question about.
I’m mainly dissatisfied with their rigid policy regarding breast pump sales. They will not sell the pump prior to the baby being delivered regardless of the insurance policy. I confirmed with my insurance and other new mothers at my company that insurance will cover pumps prior to the baby’s birth. And I offered to have insurance call them and confirm with them that I am approved to purchase the pump before the baby’s arrival, and they still would not sell one to me.
They were the only medical equipment supplier near me that sold pumps. I will plan to look for another one if there is one.

Just in Time Medical Services is a convenient way to get medical equipment/​devices to the NOVA area. My grandmother has recently gotten a wheelchair from this place, and my grandmother says it is very comfortable when she is sitting on it.
All of the staff (if you ever actually get to go to their office,) are very friendly and helpful. The estimated delivery time is emailed to you, and they will give you updates on your order.
Also… if you were to visit them… They’re the building BEFORE the ramp. So hang a right when you see that really tall tan-​ish building!
