To Whom it May Concern:
I would like you to know that the people at the scheduling hotline lack the basic medical knowledge to help the patients better. Dr Lane has seen me for the same issue for several years. I’m outraged that since this new system was put in place, the staff seems clueless. Dr Lane is a wonderful Dr. I am still wondering why this has become an issue.
