Came here an hour before it closed and the manager was closing the shop. I complained because I came all the way to that store to and was yelled at and told to go to another location, 20 minutes away, because the manager couldn’t be bothered to stay open till their normal closing time. He was extremely rude and told me I was wrong about the closing time when I showed him that it clearly said 8pm on their website and not 7pm. He didn’t even bother getting off of his personal call to let me know that they were closing an HOUR early without notifying any of the customers who would come later. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Not bad for a GNC. The gentleman that works there always ensures I get the Gold Card discount and gives me coupons and points me out to the sales items which is important at a GNC (pretty pricey). GNC does need to invest in some automation — I’ve bought houses quicker than I puchase supplements here.
