If you are looking for a place with an ethos of excellence, where working out looks beautiful, feels beautiful and you leave with the feeling of spa rather than workout, Flow is the place.
Go for a small number of times– try even only 10– and the difference in the body will be felt and seen.
Emily and Brady are masters at their craft, and they have created a pilates studio without equal. Whether you are new or experienced, this place is the right place. I have been to dozens of pilates studios around the Bay, and this one is far and above the best. An extra treat is that Brady makes all the equipment by hand, and much of the art adorning the walls is by his expert hand as well.
They do mat, reformer, wonder chair, cadillac, wall yoga, ladder barrel and much much more. They even give the most comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training I have ever seen.

There isn’t another Pilates studio that can compare to the equipment, instructions, and space that Flows” has to offer. It’s the best California has.

Is it possible to live without Flow? I think not. Great teachers great space.

Is hanging upside down, suspended from a wall by hooks and harnesses your idea of fun? I think yes.
Flow is an immaculate gem, a zen pilates studio that some smartie put a lot of time and thought into designing. The light wood floors, the airy rooms, the above ground space with rooftop vistas: All of it adds to the serenity of the place.
Mighty upscale in feel (mat classes happen in a space that looks like a Ralph Lauren-​designed horse paddock), Flow somehow both blends well into Fairfax while taking things up many notches. It wouldn’t be out of place in Mill Valley, but it fits right into the Fairfax vibe without selling it out.
Jeanne is an awesome instructor who leads mat and machine classes. She got me stretched so well, I think I grew ¼ inch.
Flow is a little jewel, sitting there amongst the trees in the Ross Valley. Suddenly, there’s a lot of pilates studios springing up around town. Flow is the most handsome of the bunch. If you’re going to let anyone suspend you from a wall with hooks and harnesses, it really ought to be Flow.

This Pilates studio is absolutely stunning! It is light and airy with beautiful light hard wood floors all through out — just beautiful. I don’t want to sound bad here — but I never would have pictured such a amazingly beautiful studio in Fairfax. I live in Fairfax and you are used to the more kinda hippie dippie style store (which I love) but this studio is urban modern style to the max!
They have the best equippment and several rooms. One room is just set up with ropes on the wall and matts, one has several Reformers, two rooms have the Cadillac and a Gyrotonic machine, they have the Pilates chairs — it’s all there!
They offer classes as well as individual sessions, and the staff is super friendly and well trained!!! I have already told several of my friends about this place!

I don’t know if I want the secret to get out… but this place is AMAZING! I began Pilates about a year ago, not knowing ANYTHING about it… Brady and Emily (they are the owners and instructors) are fantastic. They are so knowledgeable about the practice of Pilates, plus they are just genuinely nice people! If you want to learn or further your practice of Pilates, there is no better place than Flow!
