You’ll never be seen at your scheduled time. You’ll have to wait 30 – 45 minutes to be seen. Co-​pays are to be paid EVERY time you come in. Even as a follow up consult to a treatment. Complete ripoff.

I’ve seen both Ken Goldstein and Papal for foot issues. Dr Goldstein is great with explaining the problem and drawing on his white board and providing multiple options to fix the problem. He doesn’t at all seem knife happy which is great. He is more on the conservative side, but at the same time providing relief. He fixed one of my ingrown toenails temporarily so I could have a faster heal time for a race. Papal fixed it permanently which didn’t take long at all and made sure it looked nice and neat and tried to leave as much of the nail as possible. I went back to Goldstein for a bunion which had a bursa. I was given a cortisone shot and options for the future. I’ll be going back in the future. Wait time is not long at all. They are fast and efficient.
