We’ve been here for the last few years and started noticing small holes on the garments we gave for dry cleaning. Our first reaction was maybe our clothes were getting old, but of late we saw more on newer clothes and pants and we clearly knew it was because of dry-​cleaning. Recently, my husband’s brand new wool pants were back from dry cleaning with a huge hole. When we took it back, they said that the Owner would call us. Ofcourse, we never got a call back, so we went back to the store. The Owner was not even apologetic, he told us that the we have «moths» in our house that we probably cannot see and that is where the holes are coming from. When we asked him why the moth torn just this one pant and not the rest of the wool pants we have, he didn’t have an answer. We won’t be going back again. Worst place, worst customer service, extremely rude and unapologetic. Wonder how this place is still in business.

Pricey and nothing spectacular. I took a down full size comforter to them and was quoted $ 32 – when I walked away they said, how about $ 28 and I still walked out. I got the comforter cleaned elsewhere for $ 15.99. I think because they are close to Dunn Loring metro they get a lot of business.
