I was sent here by my contractor, whom I trust a great deal. Both owners of the shop are very willing to help, very prompt with orders, and were just easy to deal with. Starting this renovation, I was so worried about being ripped off at every turn. But dealing with Circa Tile put me totally at ease and made me feel like I was getting good product, good price, and no surprises.

When you have a chance to buy some thing in this shop, watch out for their return policy. They will charge 20%-50% restocking fee if you bring unopened item.
Lately, I bought several boxes of tiles. When I bought it, they suggested me to buy extra. Then they said I can bring unused box of tile for return at any time.
So, today, I bring one box of tile. But they said I need to pay 20% restocking fee.
They didn’t explain the return policy when they made me to buy more tiles.
Well, I didn’t know the policy when I bought it. Anyhow, I paid 20% fee and returned for untouched and unopened box of tiles.
So, be accurate when you buy something in here unless you have extra money for waste.
