Went in here after seeing it several times. Bright clean store selling loose tobacco, vape and juices, and hookahs! A little expensive but comparable to other vape shops in the area. Updated stock that is well organized. Will be back again for immediate items I need for my vape.

Not sure why this place has such crappy reviews. Best place in Fairfax! Most variety of juices, mods, etc. They have hookahs and stuff too. The man behind the counter was very helpful. Had some issues with my mod and he helped me figure it out. Even gave me a prop for my vape that’s really hard to find (and usually not for sale).
Definitely my go-​to place and all my friends come here too. Highly recommended!

Wish I could give 0 stars. My friend went in there to get a starter kit. They would only give her prices, sold her a kit that’s listed online for $ 17 but charged her $ 70. Then proceeded to let her buy juice that’s 100% VG in a mod that can’t even run higher than 50 – 50. She didn’t know what she was asking for, got no help, and was cheated. Going with her to speak to the manager. Hopefully we can rectify this situation. Regardless, bad service, poor ethics and labeling of products, and staff that either aren’t knowledgable or are too apathetic to actually help customers. DO NOT GO HERE!

All their aspire products are fakes or clones but they don’t advertise them as such. Wish I had read these reviews first. Needless to say they backtrack and then won’t refund your card. Disputed it with the amex, who as usual had my back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I repeat! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! This guy is so rude! I go there to buy peach tobacco for my hookah one day. I ask him which tobaccos on the shelf aren’t very strong or whatever and he says, «I’m not here to educate you! I’m here to sell!» Like what an ass hole! This is a non customer service oriented business that you have to avoid! So, if you go to this store because you want to check it out and you ask him about the vape that fits your personality or whatever, then call him out if he tells you the same thing he said to me.

Worst!!! I will never go back there. Should be called rude and disrespectful not cigar and vape. I will never ever ever patronize this place. I called asking if they carried a few different brands of ejuices, after asking a question or two I said hey thanks man I appreciate and he hung up before I could even end my sentence. I called back and asked why did you hang up? He said we were done and I don’t owe you anything. I will never go back there! Unfortunately not the first time they have been rude.

Not recommended. Bought a battery for a Vape it’s only last for 3 days and it won’t charge or work again. They refused to exchange it.

There are plenty of other place to go for better service and prices. I bought a E-​cigarette for close to 90 dollars. After 3 – 4 uses the variable power switch broke. I went back to the store and was told that there were no refunds or exchanges. The reason given was that they buy the equipment from China and that there was not a way for them to get reimbursed for defective merchandise. I looked on line and found the same item at fasttech for under $ 30. Don’t go to this store and expect decent services or prices.

Very impressive selection of clone mods and tanks. If you already know your vapes and are not expecting a walkthrough with a pro, this is a nice place to find your clones. Keep inind that these are not authentics, and the store keeper is not a vape pro (I was told one of his partners was an expert, but he isn’t always onsite).
Their juice selection is also impressive and well stocked, but again, you will need to know what you want and find them without expecting too much help. I found they had some 100%VG juice, as well as more traditional 50⁄50 mix.
Overall, I liked their huge collection of various clones and their juice selection. Worth a visit if you are already a hobbyist. Will not recommend for a beginner.

False advertisement: bought a battery there because the owner said it’d last for 1 week, but only lasted 3 or 4 days. The battery is only used during the day by a regular smoker.
Bad customer service: After the sales person understood the situation, he asked me what i wanted him to do. I told him money back due to false advertisement, he said there is no refund or exchange.
Way over priced: for example, something that store prices at almost $ 50 can be found on the Internet for $ 10 with free shipping.
