Chuck’s business was the only one listed on internet for mobile service for sno-​blowers. After my email request for service, Chuck called me within a day and set up an appointment at my home for two days later. He was prompt, thorough and very competent. As he went through the tune-​up process, he patiently explained what he was doing (hmmmh, maybe I could feel pretty competent to do it myself another time!) He gave me tips on storage of small engine appliances that will certainly help me in the future. There was one broken small plastic part holding the cable on; Chuck suggested that I order the part myself and save another mobile service charge.
I would definitely use Chuck again!

I went on Saturday to see about getting a lawn mower and a pressure washer fixed based on the review on Unilocal.When I arrived at the address it was a residence. I parked across the street and was checking the website on my phone when an older man walked out and snapped «can I help you?» I said I was looking for Chucks Small Engine Repair.” He replied rudely «well you found it and it also says to make an appointment if you’d read that far.» I guess he doesn’t need business or failed customer service 101. Based on that interaction I said that’s fine, I’ll go somewhere else. I’d never use them regardless of his skill with engines.

Great communication and very fast repair of our Briggs and Stratton lawn mower. Chucks picked up our mower at our house, made the repairs, and dropped it back off all within three days. Chucks service saved us from having to purchase another mower.
