Was there this morning. No salesperson in sight for about 5 minutes. She finally came bored as she could be… No hello. «you want that? «she said Wrapped up a long necklace very haphazardly so when I went to wrap it for a birthday gift — it took me 5 minutes to untangle it. I did mention to her after I paid that the shelf directly below the counter was very dusty and hard for some people who might have allergies. No answer /just a smirk … So happy in her job /grateful to have a job … NOT Love their selection but the store needs friendly, helpful people …

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my shopping experience. Very unfriendly manager and cashiers. I felt being pressured to pay and go. The store itself is okay and the accessories are inexpensive for a daily use but not that fancy. I would try different locations for Charming Charlie but definitely not fair Oaks mall location.

I like how the store is laid out but I rarely fine things that I like, even though the stuff is inexpensive. The staff have been getting less and less friendly and helpful. Large variety of purses, jewelry, scarves, etc.

I like that the store is organized by color, so if you want a blue purse and earrings, you know just where to go. I haven’t been greeted by the staff the last two times I’ve visited. The quality is low. Items are disposal without guilt. I did find a super cute hat and scarf set that I like so much I bought two as gifts.

Okay, there’s a scarf sale… get over there now. Buy one scarf, get the other free ~ $ 10 for scarves isn’t bad at all. I also found a few other items on sale(red sale sticker), look for them! Lily was working yesterday, she was super helpful and was able to show me how to fix my watch — she did fix it actually(I dropped it before I walked in), and who would of ever thought that one would be able to fix a watch in CC’s. I purchased my watch«C» from there, and it’s better than those«MK» watches — ha ha! I love shopping in this store — see you again CC’s!

Charming Charlie is indeed charming! I love that everything is arranged by color, so all you have to do is pick a color you want and you’ll find all the jewelry, handbags, purses, watches, sunglasses, and clothes in that section. And if you find something you like in one color, chances are you’ll find it in another. It’s a great place for casual, fun costume jewelry, cute accessories like floral infinity scarves, glam belts, cateye sunglasses, or straw hats, clutch wallets, crossbody bags, heels or wedges, and fun tops and dresses. Prices are very reasonable. Dresses range from $ 20 – 40. Statement necklaces for just $ 10. Handbags or crossbody purses for $ 20. Granted, you’re not getting solid 24K gold jewelry or Fendi-quality bags, but the quality and price is very, very sound for casual, everyday items you’ll use and wear on a daily basis. It’s the perfect place to liven up your wardrobe or do some spring cleaning/shopping. I’ve gotten a straw fedora and some jewelry from here. They have a clearance section in the back near the cash register. Also fun fact: Charming Charlie has net a Forbes valuation of $ 1 billion from their 200+ stores in 40 states. The CEO, Charlie Chanaratsopon, has an estimated net worth of $ 500 million.

First visit here today and I’m already in love! Fabulous prices, quality, and selection! It’s so organized. ALL of the salespeople were attentive and helpful, but the saleslady visiting from her Gaithersburg, MD store was above-and-beyond helpful, spending tons of time with me, patiently helping me matching jewelry and purses to outfit colors. I am new to fashion/costume jewelry and wanted to break away from«dainty» to bold and colorful… but not too much so and, thanks to her, I walked out with selections I love and feel comfortable wearing. I cannot wait to try the new location opening in Gainesville, closer to where I live. This location is great, though. I’ll be back!

Charming Charlie is a heaven for those wearers of costume jewelry. If color coordination with every outfit is your thing, then you must shop here. From every day wear to formal events, their jewelry selection is worth considering. CC’s prices are reasonable set but if you disagree then keep on walking to the back of the store and dive in their clearance section. Also, make sure to join their mailing list, as they have been know to send out some pretty awesome coupons, such as $ 10 off any purchase without a fine print catch. While they are known for necklaces, watches, rings, bracelets, and earrings, you can also find shoes, scarves, purses, and jackets. And if you love the Fairfax location, then you will die if you walk into the Leesburg location; it is ginormous. This location is located in the Fair Oaks Mall directly under the Cheesecake Factory.

If you need a necklace… a ring, a watch… shoes, headband, purse, or anything in between, this is your place. I love that everything in color coordinated. It is an OCD girls dream!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful but not overly pushy as I had read in some reviews. This is the new go too for accessories. Sorry Claire’s.

Who doesn’t like color-coordinated jewelry at inexpensive prices? Need a pink necklace to match that pink sheath? How about turquoise bracelets to go with your new turquoise blouse? No need to sift through piles of jewelry here. Just head to the«pink» or «turquoise» section of the store and check out your specific color need without bothering to look through 50 other different colors. Charming Charlie is unique in that way. Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings are all grouped together by color. It’s a rainbow of colors that should make any OCDers feel right at home. Prices are good too. Of course, we aren’t talking about real gold, sterling silver, or true gemstones, but for costume jewelry it fits the bill nicely. I saw prices ranging from $ 8(for a bracelet) to $ 20(for a 24″ necklace/earring set). They also carry some good-looking purses, wallets, scarves, shoes and shirts with equally good prices. Check it out next time you are at Fair Oaks Mall(enter at Cheesecake Factory entrance and go downstairs, you can’t miss it) — I’d say this place is pretty darn«charming.»

This store has seriously declined in the past few years. It’s always had a large selection but there quality has significantly decreased. You really have to dig around to find a good piece. The staff is always overbearing. While, yes, I have encountered a few«good apples» most hover to the point where I feel I’m being harassed. Once I repeatedly told a worker I was just browsing and she refused to leave! Even going so far as to question me about what sorts of clothing were in the other bags I was holding and wanting to find jewelry to match. I understand she was trying to help but I had told her multiple times I was just browsing! It’s a fine store to find a cheap piece of jewelry, but there’s definitely better.

This store is huge. If you ever have a special event and need accessories to add the finishing touch, this is the place to visit. Most of the items are color coded which will help you find products. I took away a star because it can be a bit overwhelming looking for items at times. They also have a small selection of clothing and shoes available. Even if you need a birthday knick knack you can find them here(candles, accessory holders, wallets, etc). There is something for every woman in every age bracket reasonably priced. Let me know what you find!!!
