I was in need of a lawyer for my driving ticket and found Mr. Samuels. I highly recommend Charles J Samuels Attorney at Law, not only is he knowledgeable, courteous and thorough he has a great assistant Anne working with him as well. They both kept me in the loop on what was going on and explained the steps of what was going to happen from day one. I wasn’t able to attend court and he represented me on my behalf and I got the best outcome for my ticket possible. If you are looking for a great lawyer you can trust and get a hold of when needed. Mr. Samuels is your guy.

I highly recommend Mr. Samuels. My son had 2 traffic tickets and Mr. Samuels was able to get one dismissed and the other brought down to a lesser charge which resulted in no points against his drivers record. Mr. Samuels took his time with us and walked us through the process. His secretary is very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a good secretary, go with Mr. Samuels.

In all honesty I’m a decent driver. So I was super nervous when I actually got ticketed. Fortunately I came across Mr. Samuels through the legal services I subscribed to. Starting from the very first conversation with his assistant Anne, everything was explained to me clearly. Two words. LIFE SAVER. I sought out Mr. Samuels help with two cases. I contacted two attorneys prior to him. One didn’t return my call and the other pretty much told me that I was going to have to do jail time. On the day that I called Mr. Samuels, he was able to speak with me and took the time to get some background information from me. We met a few days after our initial conversation and a big weight was instantly lifted off of my shoulders. He is extremely organized, knows his «stuff» and is upfront about the expected outcome of your case. I was charged with DOS 2^nd charge, DOS 3^rd charge, and expired registration. DOS 3^rd carries a mandatory jail sentence and that was the one that I was most concerned about. Mr. Samuels had multiple game plans and was prepared for anything and everything. On my first charge, DOS 2^nd, that was pled down to operating without proper licensure (don’t quote me on the wording) and the second charge, DOS 3^rd and expired registration was COMPLETELY thrown out! No fines or jail time. Woo hoo! I couldn’t thank him enough and I’m so happy he was able to take my case. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family, or anyone that needs an attorney. It’s also important to know that I have an extensive driving record that I’m not proud of. When he asked me to obtain a copy of it, it was 4 pages long and I have –6 points. If he isn’t a miracle worker, then I don’t know what is.

After what was probably the most humiliating experience of my life: being handcuffed and placed in the back of a police car in front of some of my staff, I contacted Charles Samuels. I had been charged with Driving on a Suspended License. Although it was technically suspended, he was able to dig through the DMV paperwork and a traffic case from 9 years ago to show that it was a DMV administrative error. He made the argument to the prosecuting attorney and convinced him that was indeed the case. The charge was then dropped. Had it not been for Charles, I would have probably been fined, had my license further suspended and possibly spent a few days in jail (yes for a traffic case). He was focused, knew the law and made the argument. I highly recommend his services to anyone that finds themselves in a predicament with the courts.

Charles Samuels helped me and several other people that I know and has done an amazing job. He does all the work. All you have to do is sit back and watch what he can do. AMAZING! He’s a very good traffic and DUI lawyer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the Fairfax area.
