Called this guy for some tile repair. He was pleasant on the phone. Told me he could come out yesterday afternoon. Never showed up. Guess my job wasn’t worth his time. These are the kind of guys you need to stay away from.

Manrique and his team were 100% professionals for the bathroom renovation, but so much more including: Chimney, kitchen lighting, complete flooring, and painting.
In a town of government contractors, some of whom will only do exactly what a contract says, this company goes above and beyond in ways one seldom sees in this area. They took care of a myriad of little issues that were well beyond the scope of what we agreed upon including some issues with my fridge, some electrical work, some demolition that we needed.
They were fast, but not at the expense of quality, which was as good as it gets.
Manrique is easy to talk to, and a great open communicator who will bend over backwards to accommodate meeting with you and giving you an accurate, free quote. I found out about his company through word-of-mouth of a friend at work, and it was a great recommendation and I stand behind my recommendation of him.
