Service performed: signed up for the first time for an individual unlimited talk & text, 5GB, $ 25 access fee, 6.99 insurance, Silver iPhone 6s 64GB, Next 12 down payment(of $ 225) plan I went in on a Thursday morning and was mildly helped by a gentlemen, unsure of his name now. He wasn’t rude, but dull and unenthusiastic(not that phones are that exciting), but I didn’t get the air that I was in the best hands. I left, slightly discouraged by the line access fee($ 25) and the plainness of the associate. I returned at 10:15 am the next morning. I was greeted, just as the rest of the customers were, about 3 or 4 were in the store. MANOJSINGH was the gentlemen who said someone would be w. me soon. After about 7 – 10 minutes he was able to get to me and I was able to ask a few remaining questions I had from previous research on an AT&T plan. He answered them accordingly, in a way that I was assured these answers were the case. He was CONSISTENTLY attentive, polite, and friendly. I felt I was in good hands. I am a very critical person and can think of few things he could’ve done better. Only thing I would say for his service is that it would’ed helped to have things explained at a normal pace. Much of the information and or jargon was new to me and of which I wasn’t familiar. Although, being that he knows the information well it’s hard not to say it quickly or in a «knowing» way that can be difficult for new people to grasp initially. He took the time to get me exactly what I needed and sat on the phone w. AT&T to get my number transferred over from Straight Talk to AT&T, which took a while but was no fault of his. He gave me time to go to my car, grab my laptop and back up my old phone once more to make sure I had all the data accounted for and provided me with a cable to do so. I don’t think he skipped any steps of service, I definitely recommend requesting his assistance. As a last point he made natural and enjoyable conversation while we were waiting for everything to be set up. He also made an effort to have me not charged for extra costs,(i.e. AT&T was thinking about charging me for an upgrade fee for an iPhone 6s, even though I was turning in my old 5s for a $ 200 credit).

My husband and I went to put a hold on a phone plan and the man working there told us he could do it, but might make a mistake so we should call customer service and they could help us instead. Worst customer service ever. If you know placing a line on hold is tricky, you should be careful when putting in the information.

I would have given this location five stars because my first experience was awesome but the second one was a little different. Taylor was able to help me and was genuinely attentive when I needed assistance even enlisting help from others to ensure that they resolved every aspect of my problem. They eventually fixed my issue but I would have been okay if they hadn’t because they put alot of effort into it and listened to my concern. Now my second experience, there was a wait which I do not mind because they were busy and we’ve all been there, but when I sat with a different representative was a different experience. When I expressed my concern about not getting attachments on my phone, he asked me what kind. Now I understand there are different types but he made it sound like I should have known. He then brought up different facts about texting which was not my problem. His mannerism was a bit pushy and it seemed as though he was reading from a book. He kept cutting me off and anything I said didn’t seem to be getting through. Overall, this is still a good location, but I would probably not go out of my way to come here.

Summary: For upgrading a phone, this is the place to go. Ask for Joffrey. I can only speak out of two experiences, and both involve upgrading to a new phone. The first time I went to the AT&T store I needed an upgrade on a phone. I told them what I needed, and within 10 minutes I walked out with an upgraded phone. Fast forward a year or two, and I came back to upgrade a new phone. I no longer live close to the area, but after a poor service in another AT&T store, I decided to come back here. Joffrey assisted us and explained it thoroughly for both my need to upgrade a phone and my husband’s questions about the 10GB family plan. He did not give us any BS and within half an hour, we were out of there with our questions answered and a new phone.

This is a nightmare store. They made a huge mistake in the subscribed services. Adding insult to injury, they answered the phone after multiple calls. When they finally answered, they put me on hold for 30 minutes and hung up the phone. So be careful and do not be surprised if they do not pick up the phone

Well I followed AT&T’s advice and made an appointment online. When we showed up at the appointed time we were quickly greeted by someone who took our names and made an appointment. When I asked about the online appt they shrugged and said«oh we don’t know about that.» So be forewarned. Here we sit 30″ after our appointment time …

Every time I’ve been here the service has been prompt and the customer service excellent. Came in today because the Fair Oaks Mall location was completely disorganized. Ron helped me out within less than a minute after I walked in. He even worked magic to replace my iphone case! From now on I will only be going to this location.

Went to the AT&T store in fairfax circle, waited half an hour to have someone tell me they couldn’t re-activate my old phone with international data. After trying to get them to understand that I want to give them my business and they should totally be able to do this, I gave up. I went to this AT&T store(Maps told me it was on Main St), Manoj greeted me at the door and had my phone setup in less than 10 minutes. It was nice to have someone with great customer service skills and actually knew what he was talking about.

probably one of the best at&t store i ever been to. my man Manoj took a good care of me. first when I walked in, he was already busy with the other customers but soon as he was done with it, he profesionally came upto me. He remembered exactly who he was talking to because prior to walking in to at&t store, i spoke to representative that i would do an early upgrade and left my name there. he then helped me to do an early upgrade and even saved me 40 buck a month and made my service plan more efficient. thank you again and will be visiting soon. thanks! you guys deserve five star

Went in to replace a stolen phone and had excellent service. There were plenty of associates to help a busy sales and service floor. Seemed as though a number of customers knew the associates and had a great rapport. Kyle was efficient and knowledgeable, if in Fairfax and in need of AT&T support, I’ll definitely stop in to this location.
