I ordered a car at 3:30 am to take me to the airport for an early flight. Since it was so early, I was confident that a car service would be prompt and I didn’t allow much extra time. The car was running very late and I had to drive myself to the airport. My wife called me when they arrived. They refused a refund and, when my credit union refunded the money, they contested it and claimed that the car was there on time. I had to write another letter and go through even more hassle. STAY AWAY!!! There are other competent car services.
