I’ve tried to fix my AC units twice and each time American Electric was very helpful in matching up the right capacitor for my fan motor, which was so old that no heating/​cooling company I called would work on it. They all wanted thousands of dollars to replace the entire AC unit instead. AES’ service is great! Anything negative to say? Their price for run capacitors seem higher than other places. For example, I paid $ 40 for a similar one that can be bought elsewhere for $ 25-​$ 30. However, I didn’t mind the convenience of its location and the helpfulness of the people there.
