Paradise Lost!!! The company has now grown and is on Jimmy Carter Blvd. and that’s where I dealt with them. The sales rep., Shane Catiet, came out and wrote up the invoice with the color choices and took my check for half the amount, $ 1909. Seven weeks later, after repeatedly calling him, the only way I got him to schedule my installation was to tell him to send my money back. He previously would not return my calls and I could not get my job put on the schedule. The man had already been out and done the measuring and cut the templates, so it was just a matter of Shane putting it on the schedule. Once they arrived and brought in the first piece for the kitchen, I was shocked. It was not the Blue Pearl like I had picked out. It didn’t have any blue specks in it, it was all silver. I called Shane and he said that’s what he sent me a picture of, and I reminded him that I told him then I didn’t see any blue in the picture at the time. Basically, he said I was stuck with it, unless I wanted to pay for this granite and then another order, too. So, I look at my counters with disgust everyday and know that I paid top dollar, but, didn’t get what I paid for. They did the renovation of my previous house in 2013, and had treated me well, done a good job, and seemed to appreciate the work. Now, it seems, they are so big that they don’t even know what’s going on or care. I would never use this company again. There are too many companies to choose from to choose this one.
