Excellent customer service. Never have to worry about getting my cloths lost. Pree is the best. When I asked him how the dry cleaner operate. He took me behind the counter and showed me how each cloths are treated. Very clean environment. I work the restaurant. My cloths tends to get greasy. Every time I get my uniform clean they are looking fresh and grease is gone. My previous dry cleaners told me they can’t take out the grease. So I had to change the cleaners looks like I found the right one. Best cleaner… If your cloths has satin Always ask for Pree. Keep up the good work.

Well I had several bad experiences at my previous cleaners and was so pleasantly surprised to come across Nature’s Touch. My clothes were clean thoroughly with no chemical smell. Quick turn around. There were stubborn stains in my favorite white pants which they were able to remove. Great work. Professional and friendly, great service.

This dry cleaners was recently sold. After years of great service, I took all my custom drapes in for cleaning, as I have done several times before. This time they came back 2 – 3 inches above the window sill/floor. I am heartbroken. A temporary fix is to take out the hem, which doesn’t look great. All of them will need to be replaced. I spoke with the owner who first told me that cotton shrinks. Yes, but these drapes were supposed to be dry cleaned, per the labels on the drapes and my instructions. Then he told me that dry cleaning does not shrink fabric. I showed him pictures of the drapes on the windows on my cell phone camera, clearly showing the drapes 3″ above the window sill. He kept arguing with me. I asked him to refund the cost of the dry cleaning — not the cost of replacing the drapes — just the cost of the dry cleaning. He refused. This owner also owns the dry cleaners at the Publix shopping center at Campbellton Fairburn Rd and South Fulton Pkwy. I will never use either dry cleaners.
