Purchased a wood stove and stack system a few years ago from the Woodway. Was pleased with the service and helping me design and purchase a good sized stove for my home here in Interior Alaska. I did the installation and has been working great for 7 years. This summer needed parts for the stove. The web sites says they have a full range of parts but I found they didn’t carry anything for the stove they sold me. The person at the front just gave me a card to order parts online. Well without the help of a good parts desk local I didn’t get every last thing I needed. The out of State parts company doesn’t ship USPS which for us out of town is a major cost and hassle. Notice the company they sent me too sells the same stove cheaper. Guess next time will have to just try it on my own online.
