It is a very quaint little café. The service is very friendly and extremely helpful. The crepes were very good and I was not disappointed with any that I tried. However, I would not get the pear and brie again. It wasn’t bad, the brie just overpowered everything. The only item that was disappointing was the chai tea latte. It was a little heavy on the milk which over powered the chai.

My husband had the ham and cheese, and I had the Cuban, which is ham, Swiss, pickles and mustard. We finished it off with a Nutella and banana sweet crêpe. Delicious, and worth the wait, which they advised us about when we placed our order. Service was friendly, too. We will return!

We found this little gem through Unilocal and what a great treat it was. We weren’t expecting much in a town that isn’t known for its food but this was delicious by anyone’s standards. The food is freshly made and you can watch the care that goes into making each crêpe. The service is also excellent! Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. We found ourselves wanting to go back for every meal.

Holy crepes! They have every type of crêpe you could want and even a few that you didn’t know you wanted, but have to try. Sweet crepes, foodie crepes, and a great coffee bar! Also, the girls working there couldn’t be nicer… Would highly recommend this place!

If you’re in downtown Fairbanks & need a little sweetness in your life, The Crepery is a good place to stop. The menu on the wall offers plenty of sweet & savoury crêpes to choose from. We ordered the crème brulée with strawberries & blueberries crêpe ($ 8.50). Once you order at the counter, they will make your crêpe right there & bring it out to you, rolled up & all fancy. While the crêpe was tasty (though not extraordinary), the service was very friendly & hospitable.

The pictures on Unilocal looked amazing. When we got to the creeper I wasn’t expecting so many different selections of crepes. I wanted to try something different. So I selected the Brie & Pear crêpe. It was to die for. Pair it with refillable Cuban coffee and it was absolutely perfect. Their customer service is exceptional. The owner and waitress came around to ask how the food was and refill my coffee. What more can you ask for? I’m definitely going back again before I leave town! It’s a must!!!
* I’m super picky about crêpe skins. But this places was perfect. Chewy and not crispy :)

Great food and great service! We had smoked salmon crepes, the genovese, and smoked gouda and ham and for dessert we had the cheesecake with strawberry … Everything was delicious including our drinks… Mine was hot chocolate!

The one thing I knew about coming into Fairbanks was to eat at The Crepery!
It didn’t disappoint! Yummy smoked salmon and gouda/​ham crepes! Service was fantastic. The cheesecake crêpe was a bit weird texture wise but still had good flavor. Too bad we could only eat a few bites of the dessert crêpe because we devoured our savory ones and were super full.

Layover in Fairbanks, and I was told by multiple fellow crewmembers to check this place out. I’m so glad I did! I got the cheesecake crêpe with strawberries, and my friend got a savory ham one. Both were delicious! But I kinda wish I had gone with a savory one, because mine was more of a dessert. I also got a hot chocolate, and she ordered a coffee. The hot chocolate was so so so yummy. And a couple of the employees came by our table to fill up my friend’s coffee when she was low, which I thought was great! The employees were all extremely friendly… great food + friendly employees is pretty much all I was looking for, and that’s what I got! Will definitely be back next time I’m here!

I traveled to Fairbanks with my partner & a good friend, and we ate The Crepery because of its stellar reviews. The three of us all loved our savory and sweet crepes, and the service is impeccable there. The owners/​employees actually walk around to personally check on each table to make sure customers are happy with the food and dining experience.
We returned again the next day and had the same experience. The variety of choices and food packed with flavor makes this place stand out. If you want amazing crepes (or coffee & other hot beverages), this is the première place to get them in Fairbanks!

Discovered it one day while on a trip, and had one every day for the next three days while on a trip to Fairbanks. Staff is extremely friendly, the salmon crêpe was amazing, but the crème brûlée crêpe was to die for. Wish I could find crepes as good as this in NYC!

We came here seeing the good reviews on Unilocal and we were so happy we did. This place is absolutely amazing! The crepes are so delicious. We had a smoked salmon crêpe and a crème brûlée with berries crêpe as a dessert the first time we were here. Both were very very delicious! They have so many items on the menu and it was so hard to decide on our order because you just want to try everything!
We went back again a few days later because you just can’t get enough of it! My boyfriend ordered the smoked salmon crêpe again, he just loved it so much. I had the cheesecake with strawberry crêpe this time and it was yummy too! Definitely a must try!

The Crepery is one of the best places I have had a crêpe at. My friend and I stopped by for dinner and dessert, and were not disappointed! I had the prosciutto, feta, and fig crêpe for dinner, and the crème brule with berries and whip cream crêpe for dessert. My friend had the pepperoni and mozzarella crêpe and the cheesecake crêpe. We were both beyond satisfied.
The service was outstanding. The cashier was very friendly and offered good suggestions for dinner choices. The chef /​cook was very approachable and really made us feel at home.
I will definitely go again!

We ordered Salmon Crêpe with Avocado, Mediterranean crêpe and cheese cake Crêpe.
Our favorite was Salmon. Very flavorful, tasty and perfectly cooked.
For the owner — please open a branch in Southern California. I promise to be one of the regulars.

I was won over by the Strawberry Cheesecake Crêpe-​and I was surprised to find that their coffee is amazing as well! This place wins the award for a great food surprise to the afternoon!
