I love this place! I come here allllllllll the time. I just had the absolute worst bartender there is. She has two bow tattoo’s on her chest. I walked in ready to spend $ 150 dollars and we got food. But we left because she was rude and totally mean. I can’t even believe this just happened. #Fail

When you drive up to this place, you will think«hole in the wall». This is a hidden gem when it comes to breakfast. They have the best Crab Benedict. If you go after 10am, you can add a Mimosa to drink, can’t beat that. Prices are very reasonable for Fairbanks.

Sat at the bar. Pretty good bacon cheeseburger and excellent fries. But not one good how’s your food or can I get you anything. I understand that it’s a lot of regulars, but damn. Guess their not used to seeing a well dressed, confident non Caucasian human. Won’t be back.

Where everybody knows your name. Great wings and decent bar food. The bartenders make the place! Their weekend brunch is worth the wait. I recommend the eggs Benedict with the salmon or the crab. Also, they make homemade corned beef hash. Do it.

We went at 10:05pm and waited to be received. The bartender obviously saw us, but chose to walk away. Ridiculously rude.

Maybe I need to come here for brunch like other reviewers suggested. This place seems very divey. The food is mediocre at best. I had a burger & onion rings, which came out greasy & say weirdly in my stomach.

The bartender at night was horrible. Couldn’t make 5 out of 6 drinks we asked for. Then ignored us and never would get us another round after the 1st.

The only reason I’m giving this place four stars is because of its appearance. While their dinner menu is just okay, like many other reviewers have stated: TRYTHEBRUNCH. Their brunch menu is delicious. I was shocked when my crab eggs Benedict arrived at the table. It was perfectly cooked. They serve North Pole coffee(yum!) and have Alaska sourdough pancakes! A few things to keep in mind: If you show up for weekend brunch they WILL be packed so just be prepared to wait for a seat and for the service to be a little slow. Also, it IS a bar so if you come with children don’t be surprised to see and hear drunk people watching football.

Got the eggs benedict with smoked salmon; my first meal in Fairbanks and I loved it. Cool bar setup and a nice pool table with friendly, good service.

Stopped in for a late lunch, grabbed a table and was promptly ignored. Waitress finally brought us menus but never asked for drink order. I understand if you’re busy… but we finally left after watching said waitress standing in the back talking to a guy for 5 minutes. Shame because their halibut is amazing.

I went there on Thanksgiving with my friend and we were having a good time but suddenly the bartender who seemed to be drunk or under some sort of drugs started the fight with the customer and it wasn’t even a fight cause the bartender was beating him up with hands and feet very angry. I was shocked cause nobody even stop the bartender from hitting the guy and nobody left from the bar except us. And it was THANKSGIVING night!!! I don’t know if for Alaskan people maybe it’s ok but where I am from that’s unacceptable. I will never return to that bar and I hope the owner will take actions and fire that crazy person!!!

Sunday football! Need I say more? There are plenty of TVs, deliciously spicy Bloody Mary’s, and they open at 8am every day. I was looking for a place to watch football and I am very pleased I found this place! The food takes a while, but is greasy and pleasing. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious! Be careful, this is a bar and you may meet some drunk folks even early in the morning… But they might buy you drinks… Fair trade? Perhaps.

So glad we finally came here! Don’t let the outside fool you. Well, the inside really isn’t much better but don’t be afraid! It’s ok! It is a bar but they really do have awesome breakfast. We had to wait about 15 – 20 minutes for a table and then for a very long time after that for our food but it was ok. There’s lots of TVs and people to watch and a lively crowd so it’s ok to talk about anything and relax while doing it. The servers are all very nice and the food is awesome. I got a half order of the crab cake benedict with home fries and it was excellent. I’d like to think that I’ll try other items when I return but I really doubt that I will so that I can get that dish over and over again. My partner got the pancakes(regular as they were out of the sourdough) and they were great too. Just go.

Very solid local breakfast spot. Great biscuits and gravy. Visually, the place is a bar that looks like it might be a «smoke hole». Fear not — this is a non-smoking joint and a great place for a good breakfast. Give it a try and you are likely to go back. Service is nothing special so they lose a star there.

I really LOVE coming here. I have a classic eggs benedict and a refreshing mimosa almost every other Saturday. The food has always been on point and the local vibe is an attractive highlight. The two things I can’t get over is the lack of hands-on-deck, forcing the waitresses to bust balls to every table making it difficult to get their attention or have more than a rushed interaction. The achilles heel of the Oasis is the incredible amount of time you have to wait for your order. I’m talking over 40 minutes and two mimosas in until an order for 3 people is served. I have also overheard other tables complain or ask when the food would be out on numerous occasions. I’m not sure if it’s attributed to a lack of cooks, not being prepared for the amount of people they get, or very slow cooks. Like I said, food is great, awesome bar variety, local place and I will continue going there, just not with an impatient appetite.

Stop in and check out the upgraded bar that these guys invested in. 20 beers and 4 wines on tap. Still the same great food menu. Make sure to stop in for #breakfast club on the weekends. Bloody Mary’s are super good. Every month they offer a $ 3.00 draft beer special on a different Alaskan Brewing beer.

I have enjoyed everything I’ve gotten and have tried food from their breakfast and lunch menu. I do recall being somewhat concerned about sanitary conditions watching waitresses make toast but overall I like the place and have gone back.

While I didn’t think there was much wrong, I had a hard time with the general cleanliness of the place. I saw lots of dust and stuff around the«edges» of the place. The burger was actually quite good, but service was kind of slow. The prices were on par with the area. All in all, it’s okay, but I don’t know if I would go back any time soon.

Always a solid choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast served until 2pm, which is key if you were here the night before drinking from the full bar in house. Daily dinner specials for a reasonable price. Service is good, bartenders pour heavy with some drink specials running week to week. Tv’s are showing ESPN and football on Sundays. You won’t be disappointed.

Drinking too much late last night in dive bars in Fairbanks? Then you need Oasis for breakfast. Unfortunately, the gal working was the only one in the front and she was slammed by us and others. Their Bloody Marys took a good five minutes. Then she took our orders and the Mimosas too ten minutes. I had an omelet of some sort, which was supposed to come with toast that never arrived. My friend also didn’t get his toast. The omelet was good, the home fries were good, but the gal was just too slammed for us to hassle her for more food. Maybe it’s not always like this. She seriously needed some help.
