Worked for my husband…
Since high school my husband has been dealing with neck and knee pain from football injuries. He’s tried so many different options to alleviate pain and inflammation, but was still experiencing pain. I friend suggested visiting an acupuncturist she loved that just opened in Fair Oaks. I was so glad I listened to her recommendation. I insisted my husband give it a try even though he was super hesitant.
He met with Nancy about a month and a half ago and has been going weekly since. He’s been amazed that fairly quickly the pain began to dissipate. Nancy’s been a wealth of information helping my husband to learn healing herbs and supplements, which have also helped a ton and ways to take care of the body. He told me yesterday he feels more balanced and relaxed than he has in years. We’re sooo thankful we were referred Nancy. We’ll definitely be visiting her on a regular basis!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Valley Acupuncture and Nancy have been a godsend. I am suffering from severe anxiety, PTSD, neck injuries and PCOS. I have been going to Valley Acupuncture now for about one month. I’ve had four treatments and just recently started taking an amino acid supplement that Nancy suggested for me. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found this place. Not only has my neck pain subsided, I am now able to drive and sleep comfortably. I wasn’t driving for the past 3 months because I wasn’t able to turn my head all the way to the right. I drive to my appointments now.
My neck is without a doubt better than its been in months. The pain is actually gone now. I do have a small bit of soreness, but I believe that is due to my pillows. And the soreness isn’t even all that bad.
As far as my anxiety goes, I am amazed by the changes. I feel like I have my life back. Not only does the acupuncture work magic, but so does Nancy Burns. She is the most open and honest women I’ve ever met. And she’s so encouraging and thoughtful. Her words and the things she speaks to me about not only changed my thoughts and how I feel as a person, but they speak volumes about who she is as a human being, and she is amazing! She has not only helped ease my pain and worried mind, but she has inspired me and changed my life.
The supplement that she suggested I use, I kid you not, it helped me within 24 hours. She knew so much about my health issues and directed me in the right direction.
I cannot say enough about Nancy or her services in short of writing a novel lol.

Nancy Burns has been an important part of my health care and wellness team. I would be a mess without her. I trust her judgment and her practical approach to wellness gets results. She is friendly and caring, she takes the time to listen and I appreciate that so much. Even though I have quote «affordable health care» it does not include acupuncture and in my mind that is not acceptable. So I go to Nancy because for me that is where the real value of health care is.
