The only reason I’m giving one star is because I can’t give zero. This company promised to send eligible school drivers to take my class on our senior trip. Then once the buses finally came, the drivers weren’t qualified and the trip was cancelled. I’ve been looking forward to this trip all year. I cannot express my anger toward this company validly through this app.

I’m right there with Eric B. and Chris L. US coachways is horrible and sent uncertified drivers and it cost us our senior trip. I can’t express in appropriate language how I feel about this.
