If you have previously been to this place, I don’t think it is owned by the same person. First off, they don’t have used tires anymore. Secondly, there was one guy working who I assume is the owner. The other three times I came to this place there were three people working, minimum. This made for a longer wait time, as the guy was doing an alignment so I had to wait 30 minutes or so. The wait wasn’t a big deal, but again just different and longer than before. Third, I had four tires mounted and balanced(I provided the tires). It cost 80 bucks. I thought this was a little high. When I had been in here before, prices were much lower. Finally, when I get home, I thought the car seemed to be riding rough, like I could feel every bump. So in the morning, I checked the air pressure and it was at 45psi, every tire. I have a pilot and the recommended air pressure is 35, and the maximum for the tire is supposed to be 44. So I’m not sure how the guy decided on the air pressure he filled the tires to, but it was definitely too much. I let out 10 psi per tire and the ride is a lot better. I wish I had known this was under a new ownership(if that is indeed the case). I probably would have gone to Bob’s in Carmichael.
