The customer service here is unbeatable! We found this rub shop and my husband has been taking their grilling and smoking classes. His grilling was good before, now it is un-​freak-​ing believable! The rubs are the best. They have great accessories and always have great tips and tricks on how to make your BBQ better. Well worth the 30 minute drive every single time!

This place is absolutely amazing. I went to California Backyard to pick up a Kamado I got decent service but they didn’t have the new Kamado Big Joe I wanted to see and the gentleman helping me gave me just a basic overview of what I needed. I drove out to check out what Rubs & More had on a whim. Right off the bat the the customer service was amazing. It was really nice to see someone so enthusiastic about grilling and knew what they were talking about. Bruce (I think his name was) was the guy who helped us and he did his best to get us the best deal possible and even through in some rubs to get me started. He showed me how the Kamado worked and how all the accessories worked. He was even able to give me a good breakdown on how differences of the Big Green Egg and Kamado Joe. Even in the end he helped me load the Big Joe into my Forester. The price was even better than California Backyard ~10% off. I am so glad they carry Kamado Joe accessories I can’t wait to come back to buy more stuff and probably more Rubs. They also have an excellent Butcher shop next door as well. I really do appreciate how they treated me here and I will gladly drive out from Elk Grove to Citrus Heights to support this place. They also have cooking classes here as well that I might look into.

Friendly & helpful staff. Nice variety of chips & chunks. Many different rubs, as you can imagine.
