Rand has been my insurance agent for more than 15 years and I wouldn’t EVER think about leaving! He reviews my insurance coverage regularly to determine if I have the appropriate coverage for my cars. I found Rand when I had to drop off a payment at the last minute for a company that Rand represented, but was not my agent. As soon as my renewal came up, I changed brokers and have worked with him ever since. Customer service is #1 and you can tell that he and Jim REALLY care about their clients.
