it was busy lumh time… but more than half the tables were open or uncleared and tons of groups were waiting to be seated. order was taken right away yet took almost 30 minutws for appetizer to come out and an additional 30 minutes after that for the fppd to arrive… should not take 2 hours from walking through the door to paying the check!

I come here about two/three times a week because I love it. One of my favorite places to go eat. The food is good and it always arrives quickly.

The host Jamie was amazing. She kept us entertained at the door while we waited for our booth. It was my moms birthday and she got a booth for us that would accommodate all of our family. Expected wait time was fifteen minutes but we got in right away! Thank you Jamie for everything. We want her as our server next time.

Stood in line while 3 who came in after us were seated before us. Apparently not being obnoxious doesn’t get you served here. A little miffed i have to leave a star at all. Took our quiet patience and tips around the corner to Mountain Mikes. MUCH better service!

FOODPOISONING… Went to this chili’s monday night sat at the bar ordered a regular cheeseburger. They brought it out and I ate it and thought,” that’s a lot of mustard on this burger.” I even told the bartender he even discounted the meal. So here I sit with FOODPOISONING can’t stop throwing up. Don’t ever eat here. They dropped the burger on the ground or it was old, something happened where they felt they had to cover up the taste with Hella mustard and now I’m sick. Thanks chilli’s.

Food was good and decent. Took a bit to get our orders in. Table digital menu is a nice touch. Not too busy on a weeknight.

5 stars for our server and food. 1 star for hosting… Uh, hello? Where is the host. I stood there with my boyfriend and one other person for about 3 minutes before she finally showed up. The other person didn’t feel like waiting because they walked out. We should’ve followed suit. After we were seated I witnessed three other couples walk out because they weren’t being helped. Isn’t the hostess’ job to stay at the front counter and greet customers? Not stand in the back kitchen with everyone else. Hmm. I would understand the wait if it was busy, but it wasn’t. Someone must have told her to stay up there because she was staying at post the rest of the time I was there. Unfortunately, that didn’t help the situation because as people were leaving she didn’t say thank you or have a good night or anything. Didn’t even see her smile once. That’s TERRIBLE customer service. Losing three groups because of a no where to be found hostess. If you don’t want to work then quit. My food was great. Server was awesome. He was super nice and apologized for his delay. He was faster than the host. Hopefully the next time we decide to come back we won’t be waiting at the door to be seated.

My husband and I come to this chills all of the time. Tonight we walked in and unlike normal, there was no hostess at the host table. We waited for about 5 minutes while no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. There was plenty of open tables and they were obviously not busy. The hostess FINALLY came out and told us we had to wait 5 mins for a table or that we could sit in the bar and directed us towards a booth. We walked back o the booth and it had food scraps all over it. My husband and I walked out. I have been a faithful customer of this chills and have never had this experience before but this experience has lead me to take my business elsewhere.

We came in an hour before close to take advantage of happy hour and get a quick bite and drink. The customer service was great and we did not feel rushed at all. Food was delicious and drinks were good. My husband and I tried the fried pickles and will not be getting those again. It was more«pickle» than«fried» which threw me off since the picture made it look close to what you get with friend zucchini or onion rings, but that’s okay, we still finished them all :) My mom got the spiced onion rings which were great! We took home leftovers and closed the place down, never feeling like an inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this Chili’s to anyone!

Came here for happy hour. Service was slow and restaurant was dead. I Ordered: the skillet queso, chips and salsa to start The skillet queso came out warm and had bland taste, very sad because this place usually has really good skillet queso though. That was a letdown. I would recommend: the grilled chicken broccoli and potatoes with white gravy as a main dish The chicken is always tender and juicy was good flavor While sitting at the bar there was a foul fish smelling odor which was displeasing the entire time I was here not sure why they need to clean better here it seems like. Overall a decent experience a let down to my normal visits at this location

*singing* I want my baby back, baby back, baby back… Out of all the big American style neighborhood restaurants(Applebees, TGIF, Sizzler, Ruby Tuesday, etc.), well most that I have been to anyway, Chili’s is probably the one I can tolerate most. Although that could be changing soon. Here’s why… Chili’s is in the process of evolving their order placement system from a personal human service(wait staff) to an automated table kiosk where you can place your own order without much need of human intervention. Applebee’s is playing with this system as well, but their food sucks(DO’OH!) so we won’t go that deep. Moving along… The reason that I have a problem with this is that these kiosks are job-killers. These systems may not have an immediate, profound, impact toward jobs in their company, but ultimately they will. The system is designed for efficiency and the ability to terminate existing positions which will in-turn improve the corporate Bottom Line. But who am I to stand boldly on this train track, with my arms in the air, as the Technology train comes barreling my way, hauling a hell of a lot of inevitable«change» behind it? I am one man. One man who can change little, but avoid this train track altogether. It’s frustrating to see this kind of change, and yet most will see it as convenience. Which, in fact, is. Now that I have carried on much longer than I should have. This Chili’s was clean inside, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our waitress even smiled as she introduced us to the self-ordering system at the table as she provided instructions on how to use it(okay I am over it. I promise! Ha!). I usually have ribs when I come to Chili’s because frankly, I am impressed with how well they turn out. On this date, however, I opted to do their latest promo which was Top Shelf Tacos. You can mix and match which types of tacos you get, so that was cool. I ordered a couple of spicy shrimp and one tilapia. They were alright, nothing amazing but definitely«hit the spot!» If you’re expecting spicy from the spicy shrimp tacos, you’re going get mild; just a heads up. The rice and beans that flanked them were pretty ordinary. I will stick to ribs next time. My brothers and my father enjoyed their meals very much, and overall we had a great experience together. Three stars, our waitress deserves five. She was efficient and had a great sense of humor. There is plenty of private parking because this chili’s is located in a shopping complex. I will probably be back again because it is a good option when you are hungry but don’t know exactly what you want. Until customers are forced to use the Chili’s help-yourself system anyway… Ha! (deep voice) Barbeque Sauce… *ends singing*

I straight up love this place. The chicken crisper so are my favorite. My group got burgers, fish tacos, and a Mexican platter. Nothing but compliments. The food is amazing and the service is pretty good.

This place is great and always has great food when I go. I try to get the same thing I never branch out! So try the chipotle chicken crispers and get extra ranch on the side, this place only got four stars only because it is very dark in there during the p.m. hours of dining

Bizarro world. So I order a beer, Stella. Waitress asked do you want 16 oz or 22 oz. I ask for 22 oz. They bring beer, it’s in a very nice Stella glass that’s clearly marked on the side of the glass«40cl» which equals around 13 oz. We check the table computer bill thing and it shows they charged for large beer($ 6.95). We ask the waitress why we are being charged for large beer when it’s obviously a small beer. She mumbles something abound Stella is fancy so it’s different. Then the manager comes out and instead of acknowledging the mistake, she starts a confrontation and makes a bunch of asinine volume statements to try and convince us that 13=22. It was pretty obvious that she was a D– math student. In the end we were only charged for a small beer, but the experience with the manager will cause me to avoid this place.

I use to really enjoy going to chilis. However, my last experience was not so great. I ended up with food poisoning, I even recall the person sitting in front of us sending their food back because it was undercooked. For spending about 60 dollars on the dinner and then getting sick was pretty disappointing. I have not been back since.

Always treated well by the staff. We sit in the bar because the food comes out faster and they have big screen TV’s. Usually I get chips and salsa, salad and hot wings, which are crispy and delicious! Don’t understand the poor reviews here but maybe that’s because they sit in the restaurant area.

A group of 5 of us came here for lunch and I was happy to find this location is better than the Roseville one. I was first surprised how packed they were at lunchtime with all the kids and families. Does anybody work?! But then I realized it was spring break. Luckily we were still able to get a table with no wait and were quickly greeted by an energetic server. One thing I HATE(that Chevy’s does too) is have those stupid iPad like screens at our table. They pass them off as «helpful» by explaining how we can order drinks from them, pay our bill and play games. Wait, didn’t we go out to eat to actually spend time together? I thought so… Last thing we need is another electronic device to stare at. Please take these ridiculous things away, we will stick to the old fashioned interacting with a human server for our meal thank you. We ordered the chips and salsa as an appetizer which were good. Even with 5 of us we didn’t finish the whole basket. Then our entrees came out in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the Vegetarian Black Bean Burger with lettuce, avocado, cheese, onion strings and some tasty sauce. I thought the burger was good, but had more rice/grain in the party than black beans. The last time I had their black bean burger was probably at least 10 years ago and it’s definitely changed since then! I miss the old smashed black bean patty. The fries that came with the burger were only ok, they seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp for too long and weren’t fresh or crispy. Everyone else ordered salads which they all enjoyed. No one in our party was able to finish their meal! Not even close, we each ended up taking half home. Chili’s has a very small lunch menu so we all ended up ordering regular sized dinner portions. Needless to say we were all stuffed! I would come back here if my Boss picked it again for lunch. Otherwise I would probably choose one of the many restaurants in the vicinity which have fresher, healthier meals not loaded with fat and sodium.

5 stars? Yes! Maybe because I did lunch and I guess I’m very lucky because my lunch experiences are usually pretty darn fantastic almost anywhere(maybe extreme hunger has something to do with it). The last time I was there, the place was pretty empty and I like that because things get done better and with a little more care. I started off with nachos and corn/guacamole which was a great start. Then I ordered the«make it a combo» where I could choose 2 things out of quite the selection. I decided on shrimp and baby back ribs in BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes and broccoli for about $ 17.50. I also ordered a little side of rice. My expectations weren’t very high but I took a chance because it sounded good and figured that for $ 17.50 they would at least try to be a little impressive. Well let me tell you, the shrimp was really good and the ribs pretty much fell off the bone and were absolutely delicious! Janel was our server and she was Fabulous. Yet another great place for lunch.
