Gives it back to me then im like why did you break my ring… i got apalagize dident even say sorry nothing. After that i got kicked out of the store for raising my voice… like im just suppose to be cool about it… total crap

I have been buying silver and gold from Baysavers for several years. I also have sold coins at fair prices. They not only have patience but also treat me with great respect. I really feel comfortable doing business with Baysavers . Keep up the good work… Joseph A.

These folks are not to be trusted. They buy known stolen property. Be very wary of doing business with them.

Well this was one of the weirdest and most awkward retail experiences of my life. When I walked up to the door, I rang the bell to be let in. A customer who was walking out eventually let me in. Upon entering I hear a man talking VERY loudly on the phone. He was sitting in a very tall office chair, with his back to me facing a computer behind the counter. A woman asked me if I was being helped, I said no, she saw what I had and said«Dave» needed to look at it because she couldn’t price it. Another lady came and took the items to «Dave,» the mystery man in the big chair. His back was still towards me and he was still growling on the phone. Once he finally hung up on the(I’m assuming from his words, an eBay customer) he took my item and said very loudly«this is after market sealed.» No it’s not. But I couldn’t address him because he still wouldn’t turn around. He began demanding the lady(who’s name I think is Sue Lynn or Donna Lynn, something like that. No offense to her I’m just really horrible at remembering names) to press different buttons and click on links on eBay, on the computer… the computer that was right in front of him… that he was using. Anyway, he starts looking up my item on eBay(which I had already done, and there was none on eBay in my new condition) and just kept saying, this is after market. A younger man had come over, another person who never addressed me, just so he could be in on the action I guess, and he also kept his back to me the whole time and discussed my item like I wasn’t even there. «This is after market sealed.» Again, it’s not, I wouldn’t even know how to go about doing that. All this is happening, I’m right behind him by the counter, he still hasn’t turned around. It was like watching the evil villain from inspector gadget, where he sits in his chair and you never see his face. He almost seemed angry that he was even looking at the item, like it wasn’t even worth his time, he was reading the prices off eBay as if he was insulted. He said it was only good for Christmas time and offered $ 5 each for both items I had. Loudly. Handed it to the lady, who then repeated what he said, like I wasn’t standing there the whole time. I said no thank you and left. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is because the nice lady who was being barked at the whole time seemed very friendly and I got the sense that she knew that the«man» was rude and the situation was weird. And she offered to help me carry my stuff out because I also had my baby in her car seat and my 3 year old with me. She should find a new job because he seems miserable.

I went in to look at a rifle and the lady behind the counter was misinformed and rather stubborn on California Gun Laws. I tried to explain that laws to her but she was not trying to hear it. I later went to Sportsman’s Warehouse and paid $ 100 dollars more for the same AR15.

Love Baysavers! What a great Shop!!! I began collecting United States coins a couple of years ago and what a treat to find Baysavers. My uncle brought me to Baysavers guaranteeing I’d find a lot of great deals and so many amazing things to look and browse through. On top of that the staff was super helpful and gave me one on one attention in helping me in my new found hobby. I have visited over a dozen times and will continue to shop at Baysavers on a regular basis.

I Have been dealing with baysavers for about 4 years. I have had 60,000 dollars estates that they have been very helpful with and took the time to give me a bid. The whole staff their has great weather I have 500 dollars or 60k they have always treated me better then the rest. For example on the 60 k gold lot I went to 3 Places the first offer from a store on Arden way offered 42k the second place was a huge place with many gold ads on t. v offered 48k .So I can tell you that this place is without a doubt the best in town

NEVEREVER going here again. Daniel is the biggest liar who thinks he knows it all type of a guy! He will cheat anyone he can get in his door. HIs dad who started the business was a honest man, wish he instilled some of those qualities in his son Daniel. His dad is retired so there is no need to go here! I had such a horrible experience. he underpays you for your gold and diamonds so really check another place before going here. I am just telling you for your own good. And yes, Daniel is a jerk!!!

A ok place to take your gold and coins but they may take up to 30% though. Thought I’d add this through an edit. What I assume is Mr. and Mrs. baysaver are really nice people.
