I cannot count how many times I’ve been here just this year alone. Owners and employees are very friendly. One of the best pizzas in the area and provide quick service

I work in the area, so this is my «go to» pizza place for lunch. There are other pizza places in the area but I’ve found this one to be the best. Friendly, «off-the-boat» Italians behind the counter, clean tables, appears to be a family-run business. 5 stars, and that is saying a lot because I eat pizza a lot.

Service: Good(Called for delivery) Price: Average/Fair and no delivery charge Food: Below average We ordered chicken piccata, bread and drinks. What we got was a watered down mess. The chicken piccata sauce was soupy and bland. Hardly any lemon flavor at all. They put way too many mushrooms in it which I believed contributed to it being watered down. The chicken was bland and overall disappointing. I will give them a try again only because we used to order from them in the past and the food was good then. Maybe today was an off day.

I love this pizza! We always order a regular cheese pizza with extra sauce, and it is delicious. We can’t get enough of the sauce! It’s so fresh! And the garlic knots are amazing, too!

I love their chicken bruschetta pizza and I like that their crust isn’t doughy… however I will not go back. I got a half and half specialty pie that were both $ 17.75. I was charged a $ 1.00 surcharge because it was a half and half pie. What? What’s the difference if you make a full pie or two halves of equal priced pizza? I understand it’s $ 1.00 and the owner may or may not care that they lost a customer but with all the pizza choices I’m saying ciao Bella Vita. BTW: The person making the pie was snotty and seemed irritated by my question on price. Ain’t nobody got time for that. I do laundry every week right next door and eat pizza about 3 times a week and I will no longer be going there.

The pizza is nothing to rave about but it is something to rant about. They claim to have Grande cheese… It’s NOT grande cheese… Dirty ovens make their already bland and tasteless pizza gag worthy. Don’t bother trying it…

Regular customer. Bella vita is a great resteraunt with many different varieties of food. They have a great choices anywhere from pizza, salad, sandwiches, pasta, to amazing seafood that always keeps me coming back day after day. I was impressed how far the back of this pizzeria extended to a well flourished dining room with very friendly servers to complete your meal. I would highly recommend this resteraunt to any teens or family members looking to go to an outgoing and neighborly environment.

I loved the pasta here! I was veryyy impressed with the quality and taste of their salmon. We also shared the chicken parm and meatballs(not on the menu). The bread was homemade and side salads had a nice dressing. I think the hit was the fresh and very tasty tomato sauce. I am used to adding salt or lemon or asking for some spicy sauce– I didn’t have to ask for a thing! The highlight was the cannoli! It had such an amazing filling– creamy and with texture– like the real Italian ones I had in Boston’s North End neighborhood. (Note: it is also halal meat: cooked in a way that the animal feels the least pain and the blood/bacteria leaves right away). I will definitely be back when I’m visiting North Jersey.

Their pizza is some of the best in Fair Lawn. I only get their penne vodka pizza(sometimes with Ricotta) and it always hits the spot. I’ve tried the chicken vodka sub and it was good too. I couldn’t vouch for the rest of their dinner menu, but damn good pizza.

This is my 4th time eating their food. This last time was the worst experience of them all. It was the worst dining experience I have had in the past 10 years. An order of stuffed mushrooms arrived raw. Raw mushrooms and dangerously uncooked filling made them inedible. Their house pasta, a variation of a Carbonara, was bland and watery. Their red sauce seemed uncooked, bitter, and unseasoned. This is marinara sauce, people! How hard is that? Bottom line: There are a dozen other places in northern NJ that can handle basic Italian food. Bella Vita fails miserably. Stay away.
