First degree to the rescue!!! These guys are great !! Not only did they fix another contractors blunder but where so knowledgeable and professional, there advice on cost cutting measures was terrific, they really made us feel like long time customers and this was our first time using via a recommendation Cheers to First Degree and Ken Rainey and his crew

Just installed a humidifier today and I must say WOW! What a great, neat professional job Franco did today. Was like watching Michaelangelo paint. Quick neat and looks/​works great. Ken just helped me out on a really hot day. He came after hours and was the most professional and courteous person. He never talked of worst case scenerio but speculated it would only be a bad breaker– which it was. I would definitely recommend these guys and they will be my first call in the future. Michele K.

I can’t believe I am the first to Unilocal these guys. They are fantastic! Our air conditioning unit went out on Saturday. We have an annual service contract with another provider and they did come out Saturday evening (it was hotter than Hades in the house without the a/​c). We were told we needed to replace the coil or we might consider replacing the whole unit since it was 12 years old. What do I know about coils and the average live span of an a/​c unit?
A friend referred us to First Degree and they came out FIRST THING (no pun intended) Monday morning (8:15AM). They explained what was going on with our a/​c, reset the «unit» and the a/​c has been working fine without replacing the coil. More importantly, with the amount of redundancy we have to prevent a leak in our current system (in the attic), First Degree couldn’t explain why our existing company didn’t just reset the «unit» to get us through the weekend. Instead, we spent Saturday and Sunday night sleeping at Hotel Hades. I guess after 2 nights in hell, most customers are willing to spend anything to get their a/​c working again.
We will definitely be referring Ken at First Degree to all our friends!
