Unbelievably slow… They are short staffed… They wait on 3 or 4 people than get those orders ready. Than start the process again. We got here at 11:30 am glad we didn’t come much later as the line grew very long. Watched about 6 people walk out due to the wait to order. The soda machine was out of several products including Coke. I overheard someone wanting to use a gift certificate for Wendy and they said they can not honor because this restaurant switched from corporate to franchises. I will not stop at this Wendy’s again.

I have never waited less than 15 min at this Wendy’s– not to mention every single time something is forgotten in my order, make sure you check the bag before you leave! The only way you get «fast food» here is if you go around 3:00 or after

Wendy’s is Wendy’s. The only reason I am even reviewing this one is because of the spicy chicken sandwich (#6!). It is comfort food after a terrible & late night at work (hours are good here as well).
Staff is pretty much what you expect from a fast food place and I’ve had more than my share of weird experiences ordering from the drive thru — which is odd, because usually fast food is pretty much standardized.

Updated interior looks great! They have a defined line, which is more then some. I like how they have a pick up window located away from the ordering station.
The service was fast and friendly. The interior was fresh and clean. The food was hot and fast, normal fast food quality.
They also have a nice outdoor seating area, which is great for nice days!

Sloooooow service. They cannot handle the lunch rush. If u want to go during lunch m-​f skip it, go to chick fil a across the street. Much faster.

This Wendy’s gave me a soda that was drunk from by the occupant of the car in front of me (they messed up her order and I watched her drink from it, hand it back, and the staff simply put the lid back on the soda and handed it out to me). I confronted them and they denied it and refused to give me a new drink. When I checked the bag for the correct order there were dirty napkins that appeared to be used in the bag. I was so disgusted I threw the entire order out, as it was totally unsanitary. When I complained The manager offered to reimburse my expense, but guess what, that was untrue as well. Would never return at this point.
