I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but this is a different case. I have been banking with TD Bank for over 5 years — almost always at the same EXTON, PA branch. I have five accounts and visit multiple times a week. The inability for the branch to keep the same employee for any extended period of time is a joke. The lack of customer service and rude demeanor of the manager and multiple employees is also shocking. Is it really that hard to remember that I have an account here? Must you ask every time!!! Just closed all of my accounts.

Bring back commerce bank, TD Bank is full of fees and never ending hassle. They are raising their back end ATM fees to $ 3 each which is ridiculous. I will be dropping them for a local credit union (Citadel) soon.
