Used On the Spot Cleaning to professionally clean my custom made recliner. The fabric had picked up dust and dirt over the past 8 years — and the kid’s sitting on it with their jeans added to the color change. I picked On the Spot because I prefer to deal with local, family-​owned businesses. On the Spot was easy to deal with, had good communication; called ahead and showed up on time. They covered the area where they worked on the chair; put on shoe covers to protect my floors and were in & out in an hour. Very professional. Also honest. They provided a discount that I forgot was applicable — so I tipped it back to them. I would absolutely use On the Spot carpet & upholstery cleaning again!
