Chester Springs, PA
The noodles and rice are not fresh, and made with cheap ingredients. The saving grace of this spot is its fresh meat dishes. If they did not pour out a new bowl of meat before you approach, wait.
With better ingredients and more staff, I’m sure they could keep the food both fresh and flavorful. Until then, maybe stick with Sakura.

The food here never was great, but once in a while it was okay. The last time I had their food was the final time. I swear the samples they hand out to people passing by are not what they actually serve you. I couldn’t stomach the food. I threw half of it in the trash. The chicken was nothing but gristle and skin. The lo mien tasted like it had been sitting around for a week.
