Kids First Swim School

We have had our 5 y/​o daughter in these swim sessions for a few months now. Each group class has been well organized and instructors have been very polite and effective. Our daughter went from learning to float to basic front and back swimming, diving, and peace of mind for us parents in her progress. While I can’t speak for other reviewers, I can tell you from attending classes each week that there are many parents that are completely unreasonable in my opinion with management. Some asking to have their kids moved up to next level before it is time… I have always seen the management handle these situations well. I see a lot of parents that are expecting the private lesson attention to their kids when paying for a group class.

Can I not give any star at all? This place is terrible, our children were not in the right class and they refused to move them. The kids went into class to learn strokes, but instead they were placed in a class to learn to blow bubbles. The management was INCREDIBLY rude and downright nasty. When I asked for a refund he raised his voice to me and our children! The kids got in the car after our encounter and asked «Do we have to go back again and see that mean man?»
This place is completely pathetic, from the lessons themselves to the pathetic excuse of a manager. Other reviews on Google cite similar experiences. Wish I had seen them first.
Save your money and go elsewhere, I wish we did!
