Babies R Us

The staff are helpful and nice. I shop here all the time because they have a nursing room which makes it really easy to go here with my 4 month old.

This is quite possibly our 100 000 000 000 000 trip here in the past 9 months. Alabama so fun. Everything is so cute!

The store is okay but on several occasions I have asked the sales people for help finding an item and they don’t seem to have a clue. Today while shopping the register guy would not take no for an answer when I said I was not interested in both the protection plan and their credit card. I find that highly agitating.

With a new one on the way, my wife and I have basically been living at this Babies R Us for the last 6 months. Typically we find ourselves in the store 1 – 2 times per week. In general the service here has been exceptional. When its possible we always try to work with an associate named Beth as she has really gone above and beyond to offer advice and make our experience stress free and insightful. We have also had a number of returns and exchanges and wound up working with a manager name Jennifer a few times who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. We find that they typically have a lot in stock, the shelves are organized, and the store is clean.
To the other reviewers point though, the bathrooms could use a little improvement. Although they seem clean, they are outdated and falling apart. I decided to give them a 5 because people go to Babies R Us for the product and service, not the bathroom, and in those two areas, they are exceptional!

The store is always messy and the shelves are not well stocked. The bathroom is disgusting. The last time I went in there was wet toilet paper all over the floor. I used the nursing room to feed my baby and there were maternity clothes all over the couch they have in the room. I visited shortly after the store opened on a Monday. The mess had to be from the night before.
If it’s not out of the way I would suggest going to the new Toys R Us/​Babies R Us in King of Prussia. It’s a lot cleaner and the store seems to be stocked.
