Sequoia Flowers Produce & More

We were driving up to Three rivers when we saw the stand and stopped and I’m sure glad we did. The lady that worked there was very friendly and told us the great stories of information about where there products came from like there olives and fresh milk in glass bottles. They had tasting containers of many of the items that they sold. I tried the smoked olives which I have never had before and they were delicious. I also tried some candied cantaloupe that was amazing. They had a clean restroom on the side of the building. They had a beautiful display of Christmas items and this place is actually a florist even though it looks like a produce stand. They had some beautiful orchids as well. Can’t wait to go back and get some more olives.

I ordered a Fall-​themed bouquet for my parents’ birthdays (4 days apart) and they delivered a beautiful, large arrangement. It was received with rave reviews (& they sent me pictures to show what a fantastic job the had done-​lovely!)

Called today because I heard they carried the milk I buy and wanted to make sure it was in stock. I was told on the phone that it was, so I headed over. When I got there five minutes later I found that the milk fridge did not have the variety I was looking for, I asked the two women who were sitting a few feet away eating lunch whether milk was kept anywhere else, I was told that it wasn’t and that it was in the fridge «over there» with a wave of the one woman’s hand. I said, «no it’s not, I just looked. I was the one who called just a couple minutes ago and I was told you had it. Are you sure it isn’t anywhere else?» The woman looking annoyed and still not attempting to get up said «no it’s not, it’s in there.» I told her it wasn’t and her response was «well we had one this morning», I said «well there isn’t one now, I called specifically to see and was told there was. It would have been very nice if whoever I spoke to had actually checked before answering me so that I wouldn’t have wasted a trip.» She looked at me and said «sorry I ruined your day» and went back to eating. It may seem like a little thing, but I felt it was horrible customer service. I’ll never go back there. There are plenty of other produce stands where people are friendly and other methods of purchasing milk.

This place is a flower shop? I had no idea. The sign outside says Sequoia Produce and my credit card receipt/​charge shows Sequoia Produce & More. And we were definitely there for produce.
On my list for our road trip was to stop at a local fruit store. I knew I’d see at least one along the way and this just happened to be the first one we noticed.
The guy was very friendly and offered us samples of orange juice and pomegranate juice. The OJ was pure and freshly squeezed and was insanely delicious. At about $ 7 for a half gallon, it wasn’t cheap, but I’d buy that once a week if I could. So damn good. We sipped on that for the rest of the trip. The pomegranate juice was good too. Considering that most pomegranate juices don’t even have much pomegranate in them (if any), it was a nice treat. We also picked up some almond brittle, some dried chili mango, and a bag of Cara cara navel oranges. Sure we can buy them at Costco, but there’s just something about getting them from the source (or close enough).
Stopping here was a brilliant idea.

I used this floral shop for a last minute acceptance to be a bridesmaid in a wedding. I wanted to make the bride’s day but was nervous that I was going to be disappointed with calling and ordering without any idea what they would do for my price range. I spoke with the kindest woman on the phone and she asked me a plethora of questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. They delivered the flowers on time and when the bride to be sent me a picture I was over the moon happy. She was so surprised and said everything was so beautiful even down to the small details: the vase they used. I will absolutely use this shop again and more so look forward to it!

I spoke with Martha about my budget and my sister’s likes/​dislikes, and she created a beautiful bouquet that was delivered as promised.
