Maid To Order Agency

I have been using this service for about three years, and the owner is good to work with. I appreciate that the agency handles the payroll and screening of house cleaners so I don’t have to do that type of hiring and screening. My only comments are really that the cleaners try to sometimes play games with the clients about scheduling, consistency in cleaning, following instructions, showing up as planned, and communicating changes to the owner and clients. I don’t think it is a reflection of the owner or her management, but just a constant battle with the cleaning staff. Sometimes language barriers are a challenge too. I recommend this agency to anyone who wishes to avoid having to worry about labor laws, screening cleaners, and all of those types of hassles.
