I live in the Moonlight Brook Condominiums in Newmarket, NH for the past 3 years. I’ve been a homeowner twice before prior to moving here. This Property Management company is the VERYWORST of any! They NEVER communicate to owners; they don’t return phone calls; the property looks like crap; the lawn is going to seed; tree branches down since the last snow storm… the place looks embarrassing and no one cares. Do your research before buying a home that are«run» by this group. Also, be aware of your new BOD… sometimes those losers go hand in hand.

I live in Kensington Ridge in Nashua, NH. The«president» of the condo complex clearly has nothing better to do as every day he is outside taking photos of some minor thing at any individual unit and fining absurd fines for it. Not even warnings, just straight to $ 50 to start, and more higher. These include having your car tire be a centimeter on the grass and your trash can being outside for more than five minutes.

I agree with Betty M. Please do your homework when buying a property that is managed by these morons. The management act like they are privileged to be answering your call to give you lame excuses why something that has been reported weeks ago has not been fixed. I want to know who the owner or CEO of the company is so that I can make a formal complaint. They do nothing to correct the problem only shift you from one person to the next or for that matter who ever happens to answer the phone. They just plain suck and need to go out of business… PLEASEBEWARE!!!

This is the worst management company on the planet, they don’t manage they suck. We had a great management company but all the dip$hits that own condos in my building wanted to change, I can’t see these a$$holes lasting very long. Don’t buy a condo managed by Great North Property Management Inc !!!

I live at Cannongate in Ayer. GreatNorth talks a good talk, but can no way walk the walk. No return e-mails to board members, I was once told by a Sr vice president that they are not responsible for the vendors the hire. They have no followup, underskilled PM, we are on our 2nd now, the first one was very nice, but we nicknamed him MR I’ll get to it. Now we have 2PM’s one being brand new and and she thinks she runs this place, She makes decisions on her own without board approval. Does not follow up with vendors. If anyone is looking for a Property Management company, please look elsewhere or you will be seriously disappointed. I have been on the board for 7 years and this by far is the worst of the bunch.

This management company is the absolute worst. I live in Westgate village condos, and apparently my condo fees pay for slow response, half assed work or no work at all. I have called several times through out the years for issues that arise and am told I must put it in writing. Which I then comply and send very detailed email about an issue. It then takes them weeks to respond, even after follow up phone calls. When the finally respond it does not fully answer my questions or get the problem resolved. I have been waiting for over a year for something to be fixed which is a safety issue and their responsibility to repair. I wish I had known about the lack of professionalism of this company before I bought my condo.

I own a townhouse in a Newburyport condominium complex that shares space in an underground garage with an association that has hired Great North Property Management. That association has exclusive management of the garage. I work from home and only use my car once or twice a week. I needed to go out on Friday afternoon but could not because there was wet cement at the garage door entrance. I called the local Great North office and was told that the manager for the Newburyport office was out. I did reach Lou, who is the company’s president, in Portsmouth. He chose to yell at me and demand very curtly what I wanted. When I told him, he hung up on me, I also tried to reach Mr. Audet, who was identified as the company’s owner. He chose to not respond to an e-mail or a cell phone call that Lisa, a receptionist, said that she left for him. I called back today, and Lisa told me that she had done what she could. She then hung up on me. I did reach the property manager for the site today. She was polite and told me that she did what the local board told her. However, the fact remains that a problem existed and the upper management was very rude or entirely unresponsive.
