I usually like to go to a place a few times before reviewing, but this place made me so happy yesterday that they really deserve five stars now. I came in after an awful experience at the local hardware store. A terrible, rotten, ruin my entire day type of experience. Exeter Paint was so helpful and awesome that they turned my day around.
When I first went in, a newer employee mixed a perfect gallon of paint for me (after listening to me complain about my bad experience at the other place, which I totally appreciated, and it helped calm me down). He gave me tips on the best paint brush to use, and how to best clean brushes (I can never seem to get them clean enough). He waited patiently while I took forever to decide if the color was what I wanted, and offered to get a color expert to adjust it if I wanted.
Just after, the manager came in and was just as helpful as the first employee. She gave me tips on how to decide if it’s the right color once I got it home, and offered to change it before I left, but also let me know that I could change it later if I needed to.
I left feeling happy about my purchase, and more confident (I’m new to home improvement).
They really could not have done a better job as far as customer service goes, and I’m writing this from my newly trimmed room that looks amazing thanks to their help.
