I have been in here many times and find mostly staff that are indifferent/​unfriendly. Slow service, long waits for help. Too bad they are the only game in town for Exeter.

This is my go-​to place. Always plenty of help on hand (though checkout can take some time) to answer any question, troubleshoot, or even help you reason out a project. I’ve gone in as many as four times in one day because I kept remembering something else, and they were equally helpful each time. I avoid the big box stores like the plague now, and I’d say about 11 out of any 12 needs I can fill just as well here, for a comparable price, with real service. These guys give the local businesses a good name!
