Intimate oasis for dinner theater in Excelsior Springs. The performance of «Money Matters» was fun and I loved the costumes. Chef Tito prepared soufflé, grilled okra, Scimeca’s sausage, and lasagna. There was also chicken, roasted potatoes, fresh salad, crusty bread, and pickled cauliflower.
The bar was well stocked (Alamos Malbec was my selection) and the dessert menu wide (chocolate cake, lemon cake, pumpkin roll, apple pie, pumpkin pie, Rumchata pie, and cheesecake. Given the quality of the fare, it’s quite a good value too. Highly recommended, especially if you enjoy interacting with the director, chef, and actors creating the experience for and with you.
