I stopped by late last night for 3 Fresca bean burritos with lettuce & guac. The ordering process was straight forward and through as usual. I was asked to check the screen to make sure my order was correct. However, after I paid and drove away, I discovered that all 3 burritos were cold… not just room temp… but cold to the touch. I also found that the beans had not been properly hydrated so there were lots of crunchy, poorly cooked beans. Yuck! No thank you! The only reason I am giving more than one star is because of the straight forward service. So the lesson I have learned here is either go to a different location or apparently I will have to specificly ask for cooked beans and burritos that are warmed through. What a pain to have to deal with especially late at night! How difficult is it to serve warm food that’s cooked through? Get it together Taco Bell!

Food is good but the worst thing you can do is forget to put something in the bag!
Two times in a row they forgot my cinnamon bites (those nasty little sugary grease balls that explode in your mouth). They were probly doing me a favor, and I would sit there thinkin «If someone said they’d erase those 400 calories of sugar and grease from my life that I just ate, yes. I’d pay $ 2.50 for that.»
So maybe it was a blessing in disguise?

I’m officially tired of Taco Bell because of this place. My last two visits here, the burritos were not good. The beans were hard and stuck together. I nearly puke when I stop to look at what I was eating.
If I written this review two years ago, I would say I like this place. But now, I don’t like Taco Bell anymore. The cashier is a hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll get a friendly staff, sometimes you’ll get a staff who looks piss to be working there.

Lunch time at Taco Bell. I just recently discovered this Taco Bell about 10 minutes from where I work. I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in a long time because they closed most of them in Staten Island. I ordered a chicken burrito which was great and soft tacos which were the same as I remember from years ago. The staff at this location is extremely nice and the location is very clean. I would def go back for lunch.

I hate reviewing fast food places. And this is probably the only time I’ll do it, but in this case, I must. This is the BEST taco bell EVER!!!
I know what you’re thinking. All fast food is the same. I thought the same thing. This is NOT true. This place has a PANINI PRESS that they use on your soft tacos and and burritos that give em this delicious, slightly crispy, chewiness that’s heavenly. OMG I would eat this everyday if I could.
Plus the prices are super low so even if you walk in with like $ 5, you’re automatically Jay-Z.
