Cvs Pharmacy

The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE. Rude staff, prescriptions have been lost on several occasions… I went here because it is by FAR the most convenient and necessary for me but am now going 20 mins out of my way because of their incompetence.

This pharmacy is a disaster

Always horrible… They’ll use only one cashier until customers are queued 10 – 15 people deep. Then maybe someone will come and assist. And seriously, who still takes film to a CVS???

Not great but not bad. At least, once they told me they couldn’t make passport pictures, they told me to go to another CVS, which they called to make sure I could get my pictures.
This type of chain is just okay. Nothing is of very good quality, and nothing is really cheap and affordable. You just have to seek the deal.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. I felt like a ghost. I stood there with another guy and nobody acknowledged us for over 5 minutes. That’s a fail in my book. What’s worse is that after 20 minutes of waiting the computer system wasn’t working and I left without the medication I needed.

This CVS is typical of most of the chain’s stores in this area. Most locations have a minor difference in layout based on the footprint of the store. This store’s layout is much-​more convenient than the store on North Olden Ave.
There seems to be a difference in friendliness at this store as well. The clerks always seem to take the time to briefly chat with you, and thank you for visiting. Of course, being on their e-​mail list helps with all of the discounts they send to your inbox. Receiving a coupon for 20% keeps me being a «happy camper.» They make it convenient, too. CVS gives you an option of either printing out a paper coupon, or sending it to your CVS card. It’s a «green» way to save money during your shopping trip.
If you’re ever in the area of Scotch Rd and Parkway Av, make it a point to stop by this CVS. You’ll be glad you did.
