This afternoon me & my mother whom is an MSO at a local mental health facility went to Samzie’s in Ewing, NJ to purchase some pins for her work uniform. We were not greeted and one employee had walked by us completely & sarcastically uttered«I’am helping another customer» while another employee turned back to whatever task her & an older lady in the back were«tending» to without even asking us if we needed assistance. We were so insulted we felt the establishment & made an issue to write a review warning future customers about the repulsive«customer service» & the very rude/unfriendly staff. This is not the first time my mother has been at this store received lackluster service & many of her fellow employees also attest to having also been mistreated by the staff. SHOPATYOUROWNRISK !

It would be really great if your employees were educated, or at least communicated with each other effectively. On May 31, I stopped at your store to place an order for 2 shirts. One for myself, another for a friend. At that time, I was helped by the short, ginger kid. He gave me a shirt to try on. I confirmed with this kid twice that this was the correct shirt on my order form. He said it was. After trying on the small, I placed my order. He confirmed the shirt would be ready in two weeks. Not once did he mention that this was not the correct shirt, and that this was just a sizing. On Monday, June 23 I stopped in to pick up my shirt. Having been more than 2 weeks, and no phone call stating otherwise, I figured my shirt would be ready. I arrived, and after 20 minutes of another kid running around/stalling, another employee(who walks with a cane) told me my shirt had only just arrived and was not yet finished. When I stated that I had tried on a shirt, and that at no point was I told that wasn’t my actual shirt, he apologized for the confusion and said he would put a rush on mine. He stated it would be done by Wednesday. I stated I wouldn’t be able to make it back until Saturday, since store hours conflict with work. He assured me it would be done by Saturday. Today, Saturday June 28, I went to pick up my shirt. The same ginger kid who helped me, and ran around like the previous kid. Finally he came from the back and said my shirt was again not ready for pick up. The only reason I didn’t cancel the whole thing is because my squad is paying for it. However, my family and I have been shopping at your store for various needs for over 15 years. It’s appalling how bad the customer service has been, especially with this last instance. My hope is this feedback will help make corrections to the behavior. However, we will not be personally shopping at this store in the future. There are much more professional locations available.

Been going here since I’ve been 15 years old. New Jersey certified PA licensed. I have no idea why the last reviewer said what he said. I’m assuming they are not in law-enforcement or safety. You have to understand the humor. It’s a serious business about protecting yourself. So yes there may be a few folks who are aggressive but there looking out for your best interest as they keep up on what’s the latest and greatest. Suzanne Dave and the owner are very nice. The whole team is knowledgeable. They had a order me some things pick me out some things but at the end of the day I’m protected and safe so again I don’t know why the other individual have a bad review I’m sporting my 511 boots thermals and new blackhawk Serpa concealment holster for belt and includes paddle. I also picked up some water resistant ops pants. The last 2 days I been super warm. See you soon guys.

Nasty people! Over priced! They like to think they are the best but that’s so not true
