I had a great cheese steak hoagie here. It was on special so it came with a drink and a side for about $ 7. Service was attentive and professional. Good quality ingredients. Bread was fresh and fries weren’t greasy. I was there at lunch with two friends from work who enjoyed their meal as well. If lunch is good, I’m sure this place is fine for a munchie-​fueled bender.
Note that this place is called RJ’s Café or something like this and only becomes the Fat Shack when the sun goes down.

Just ordered the usual «Fat Lipschitz» sandwich and the «FIT B-​ranch» sandwich. Lipshitz came without ranch dressing and wasn’t even cut in half. The B-​ranch had hardly any chicken in it. Also ordered fried Oreos – didn’t realize this, but apparently when you say «an order» of fried Oreos, that’s just three Oreos for $ 3.49. At least it came within a reasonable time tonight, because the last two times, we had to wait over an hour for our food.

Good sandwiches I’ve tried three or four of them now and they are great for when hunger hits late at night. I refer to this place as the Hoagie Haven of TCNJ. it’s run by students so don’t expect excellent service but the food satisfies even the largest of bellies. You can tell it’s all pre-​frozen food by how quickly they do it but I don’t mind that haha its your common freezer food stuffed in a hoagie roll. Good stuff

Rutgers-​style ‘Fat’ sandwiches, as well as other munchie type food. Healthier options are also available in the form of ‘Fit’ sandwiches.
Note: Food does not taste as good sober.
