This was a Monday evening and the drive thru was long so I went inside. Was the second in line and got to place my order in a timely manner. Ordered a total of 7 food items and 3 drinks. The 1 cashier spoke so fast when repeating my order I had to ask her to slow down and repeat it again. Good thing I did — she tacked on two items I did NOT order. Then I patiently watched as all control was lost. Orders were coming in faster than they could make them and the ones they did complete had numerous errors. The line workers(only 2 of them) seemed to be going as fast as they could but were held back by the equipment(griller, toaster oven, etc). Drive thru window operator was also in overdrive. There was some bickering and confusion among the employees all within sight and earshot of the customers. I was embarrassed for them and wondered WHEREISTHEMANAGER??? Not once did I see or hear anyone resembling a manager. These were all kids(teens) running a very flawed show. Not once did I hear a «sorry you had to wait so long» or «thank you for…» to any of the numerous customers waiting with me. The manager should be FIRED!!! Those kids could not think beyond their station and NOONE showed up to «manage» the situation(i.e., close the drive thru until they got it under control, jump on the line to help, talk with the customers). I finally got my order after waiting for 30 minutes! I respectfully let them know that this was quite unacceptable and was thankful to leave an escalating disaster area. I was also glad I wasn’t sitting in the incredibly long(er) drive thru line.

Came here for my usual order. Didn’t mind looking inside the bag cause thy usually have it correct but somehow they forgot one thing. Too lazy to go back cause behind me there was a line already. However, the person took my order sounded really tired, I get it it’s midnight but u took this job and expect your closing hours to be late. Anyways she totally gave me the wrong drink at first and at the same time forgot to put my cinnamon twists in. Really irritated but whatever. At least u got two stars for the wrong order. I love the food in Taco Bell. However, today I was not satisfied with their food and their service. I ordered my food through the drive thru, and I had to wait for a couple of minutes for my order. The lady didn’t give me a receipt when I payed, and she literally forgot one of my orders. I was upset because I can’t be able to go back and get a refund or get my food because I don’t have the receipt.

I usually visit the drive thru when I go here. I’ve tried many different items off the menu but usually get the chicken casadea combo with cheesey nachos, a crunchy taco, side of sour cream, mild sauce and a pepsi. They always get my order right and nothing is ever missing. The service in the drive thru is fast and friendly.

Always gets my vegetarian order correct. Staff is friendly and accommodating. There is ALWAYS a long line at the drive through window for dinner time so I’m not sure why people have been rating it so low, obviously lots of people go there often. Tonight there was over 9 cars in the drive through ! That has to mean something good.

Ordered 3 bean burritos, no cheese. At the window they told me the order was $ 10 and change. I told them I only ordered 3 bean burritos. The girl looked confused, so I just paid the $ 10 and change for«3 combo burritos» (WTF are combo burritos?!). I’m not poor and I enjoyed the food none-the-less, but when I tell you I ordered 3 bean burritos and you still hand me and charge me for 3 combo burritos, you only get 3 stars, and that’s also based on the other 2 times I visited this location which were fine. 3 stars is not bad.

Employees don’t cheek the bathroom if the toilet paper needs refilling and the tables was dirty during 3 pm and the job hiring progress is unfair you guys need 2 lobby people instead of just looking for people who can multi task which the front cashiers don’t do .the bathroom says for employees only which is unfair when it should be use for public since its require by law to let customers use the bathroom. Never coming back here again. also they don’t have sign outside to alert drivers that customer may be coming outside and a sign to let lobby customers please be-careful.

Well if you enjoy having your order wrong every time then this is a 5 star place for you! Its really not that difficult not sure why they can not get it correct. Last month I did have a slightly complicated order so when I went to repeat it to make sure the order taker understood he snapped at me and told me I GOTIT! Great! NOT! I ordered tacos no lettuce what did I get tacos with traces of lettuce on them. Then I get home and find out that all of my order had no lettuce. Then last night we went again after 1 month of staying away. I was ok no complicated orders. Ordered a supreme pizza along with 4 tacos. get home. A CHEESE Pizza. then I tried to call and as others have mentioned. They don’t answer there phones. I am guessing because they screw up everyones order so much they are scared to answer. Then you call corporate and you get snowballed by a gatekeeper who wont let you speak to someone instead says they will call you back. What makes you believe they will call me back they can’t get a simple order correct they can’t answer the phones and I am suppose to believe you?

Dont ever go through their drive thru unless you don’t want your entire order or if you want cold food. I tried to call them over 5 times to see if it could be fixed and didn’t get an answer at all. If gas wasn’t so expensive, they would’ve just lost two customers.

I didnt eat here. I went into the drive through and noticed they crossed out the dollar menu and wrote in starting at one dollar menu. I figured thats ok bean burritos are always a dollar. Well not here. this is the only taco bell that charges 1.69 a burrito. Not a big deal if you only want one right. Well turns out the only thing that was one dollar was a cheese roll up. That use to be 89 cents. So I left and told them I am never coming back. Ended up going to little Caesars across the street. Its sad, I use to love taco bell. But screw that place. I will take my money else where

Taco bell when you want fast food. The dollar menu is good and just right for an afternoon snack. Most times the service is good if you get a person in the drive thru that is not in a rush even on non busy days! The meat is amount is skimpy so more than one is a must. 24 hours is a good thing on weekends when you just decide at 11 pm that you want something to much on. I really like the breakfast taco!

Went here just when the clock reached 9PM. My husband and I were biking and decided to go to Taco Bell since almost everywhere else was closed. We approached the front door, and low and behold LOCKED. It seems that the dining room closes at 9PM. We asked the manager through the door if we could just walk in and order really quick. We asked nicely. The manager keep saying no so we left hungry. As we were leaving, we saw a guy pull up in their parking lot, a drive-thru patron screamed«it’s closed» and he goes«what?! Sh*t I thought they closed at 10!». He zoomed out and left. I understand that they close the dining room at 9PM but Taco Bell just lost 2 customers. We were disappointed and just biked home without any Taco Bell.

Taco Bell Fans! If you love your Nachos Bell Grande, your waffle tacos, your XXL Nachos, etc… DONOTGETITFROMTHEEWABEACHBRANCHOFTACOBELL! Wrong orders, slow orders, too little toppings, too much toppings(kay that one not do bad) dried out eggs, cheese toppings on the cardboard containers, food that looks like it took a couple of spin cycles! This sadly, is beginning to be the norm for this branch! I can understand if there was a rush, but today I was tge second in a line of THREE cars! CUSTOMERSBEWAREANDEWABEACHTACOBELLGET A GRIP!

I usually love this place but this time the manager Beth was so horrible in getting our order. Give or take we were having discussions on what to get at the register but saying«I’m confused on what you’re getting» versus«let me just repeat what you have so far» makes big difference. Having said that from being in customer service position to another here’s a tip for you. Pay attention to the customer you’re currently helping than the other crack head who’s trying to get a free water after he made his purchase cause he already got your full attention when you he order from you.

Best Damn Taco Bell on the island! If you expect high quality Mexican food, you’re at the wrong place. If you want halfway decent food when having a few drinks, this is for you. If you’re too lazy to cook and too cheap to go a sit down restaurant, this is for you. Drive thru ladies are always nice and attentive. Never had an order go wrong in all the times I’ve been coming here(a lot!) Drive thru gets really busy on Friday and Saturday Nights but during the week, its usually wide open during the week. Even so, you’re never waiting too long.

When dining in, I have not encountered any long lines. Perhaps I am lucky for this? I don’t know. Sometimes I’ll have to wait for someone to come help me. Idk what they do back there, but to be nice, I’m going to assume they’re carrying out top secret missions to protect our country. Going through the drive thru. that’s a different story. It’s as if I had to argue with the person helping me to get my order right(The person was trying to correct ME saying, «no, you want the taco supreme» when I asked for sour cream on the side) They’re quick with their food, and it’s pretty tasty. They have a restroom, and it’s usually in a clean state. Again, maybe I am lucky for this. I rarely go to the drive thru being that I don’t have a car lol. but the fact that the person ARGUED with me kinda killed the awesome vibes from this place. I’ll still come here to get my cheap eats grub on. I’ll just avoid the drive thru.
