Look no further if you want to hire an upfront and honest ac contractor. I was truly impressed with the customer service and professionalism delivered by Rutan. Denise was proactive in scheduling an appointment right away with me for my leaky window ac unit. The technician, John, worked around my work schedule so that I would not be late for work in the morning. I must say that John tried really hard to keep the cost down by keeping material cost to a minimum and by thinking on his feet which kept the job time in the hour. I believe that John fixed the leak because we poured a 12oz cup of water all at once in the ac unit and all of the water drained out very quickly from the proper area outside.

This company by far has the fastest service I’ve ever seen from a vendor. Jason was quick with his quote, and installation is amazingly fast and effective. He didn’t waste any time and always completed tasks as promised. Despite the fact that he is always busy on the field, Jason never fail to return my emails or inquiries regarding the ACs or the job.
Denise in the office is also very nice and super helpful. I think overall they deserve a 5 because comparing to other vendors in Oahu they were from out of this world! I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to install ACs in their home or office. The price seems to be fair as well. We love the ACs they put in place. They were quiet, efficient, and looks great.
